Guest Capacity: Perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Bed setup: 1 Double Bed + 1 Versatile Sofa Bed (can be used as a single or double). A baby cot (0-3 years) is available for free upon request.
Sleeping Area: Double bed with a premium ergonomic topper (7 cm), spacious wardrobe, and Smart TV (Netflix/YouTube) perfectly placed for your total relaxation.
Living Area: Relaxing space with the sofa bed and optimized layout.
Kitchenette: Modern, dark green designer kitchen, fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and wine glasses. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome basket with an initial selection of coffee pods and sweet snacks. (Note: Starting June 2026, the kitchen will also feature a brand-new, built-in under-counter washing machine, free for guests to use).
Bathroom with Shower: Featuring a soothing green theme, it includes a shower, professional hairdryer, and our "Zero Thoughts" courtesy kit (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover pads).

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Access is simple and seamless thanks to our Self Check-in system, allowing you to enter independently. The building also features a dedicated doorman service, ensuring superior security and maximum privacy.
Arrival Times & Rules:
Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with total flexibility. We kindly ask you to provide your estimated arrival time in advance to ensure a perfect welcome.
Late Arrivals (after 10:00 PM): Although self check-in is available, any arrival after 10:00 PM must be strictly agreed upon and approved by the Host at the time of booking.
Arrivals after Midnight: For safety and logistical reasons, we reserve the right to decline check-ins after midnight if they have not been previously communicated and confirmed. Failure to notify us of significant delays may affect your ability to access the property.
