If gazing at the moon over the lake from a brand new 5-person hot tub or enjoying stories around the fire pit after a day on the lake is your idea of a getaway, then you have arrived. The space
This waterfront vacation property is located in the Lost Bridge community in Garfield AR. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping accommodations include :
- Comfy King bed in Master bedroom,
- Firm Foam Queen in second bedroom
-Upstairs full size bed bunks with fold out Queen Sofa Bed,
-Down stairs sleeper sofa near the fire place.
-Master bath with Jacuzzi ( mermaid) tub ,
-Large glass walk-in shower with multiple shower heads for a shower to share.
- Hollywood back-lit Mirror in master bath for preparing hair and make-up for your special day!
-2nd full bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Living and dining room with farm table seating for 8
-Laundry room w/ Washer and Dryer, large utility sink
-Full kitchen with all cooking utensils

-Beach chairs and travels carts available for beach use in season

Full use of the clubhouse and community pool in season (cost is 4 dollars per day per person) our house is located only 5 homes from the clubhouse so using the pool and workout equipment is a short two minute flat walk.

Full use of neighborhood boat ramp - just a short drive from the cabin.

WIFI for streaming is complimentary but service can be intermittent depending on demands on network in season.

Nightly deer visitors to the front yard, if you like viewing wildlife, this cabin is for you.

Plenty of room for boat parking across the street for your boat.

Guest access
Guest have full access to the property and its amenities.
During Season, guest can also enjoy access to community pool, Pool house with billiards table , ping pong and gym for additional guest fee of $4 per day per person. If you would like to arrive in style, guests can also fly into the Lost bridge airstrip ! You can also bring your boat, we have plenty of parking and you can drop in right down the street at the community paved ramp - all roads paved and cared for. If you need overnight dock rental, it's provided around the cove in Lost Bridge Marina - call ahead.

Other things to note
Pets must be preapproved by Host and crated while in the home. Pets must be on leash in the neighborhood and guest must pick up after their pets use the bathroom anywhere in the community or on the property and dispose of properly. Hot Tub is only for adults - 5 max.

Lost Bridge Village Community is located on beautiful pristine Beaver Lake in Garfield Arkansas. The community offers amazing lake views while nestled in the wooded Ozark Mountains. The wildlife mixes with the community as dozens of deer can be seen walking the small roads and grazing though out the village.
The Pool center , indoor activities center and tennis courts are some of the available amenities available just a few houses down from your stay. The community has its own private boat ramp and public swimming beach area. In July, we have a large fireworks celebration. The community is also building new tennis courts and pickle ball courts.
