Modern, single-level home in The Colony, sleeps 7, with a private pool, dedicated game room with a pool table and Pop-A-Shot, and a gas grill. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and air fryer. The 70-inch Smart TV and open-concept layout make it easy to gather and unwind. Minutes from Grandscape, Legacy West, The Star, and PGA of America HQ. Great for families, groups, and remote workers.

The space
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-level home blends industrial-inspired design with warm, comfortable touches. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen for easy gathering. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig with coffee and tea, air fryer, electric four-burner stove, single oven, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, and dishware. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room, ideal for shared meals or remote work.

The game room is a guest favorite: pool table, Pop-A-Shot, life-size games, and a 70-inch Smart TV with streaming. Outside, the private backyard features a standard pool (unheated), outdoor lounge seating, a dining area, and a gas grill.

All bedrooms include plush bedding and room-darkening shades. Parking fits up to 4 vehicles between the driveway and street.

Early Check In/Late Check Out: If we can accommodate a early check in or late checkout, we are happy to do so! Please note that we do have a $60 fee for an early check in or late check out. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Parking:
Parking is limited to 4 cars: 2 in the driveway (accessible from the back of the house) and 2 in the front.

- We’re here to help: Please don’t hesitate to reach out. The Airbnb chat is the primary method of communication. Please message us there for any and everything!
- Verification: The main guest must have an up-to-date phone number on the platform. We also suggest verifying your ID on the platform as well. This helps make your stay and check-in a breeze. Please note we also require a valid photo ID uploaded to the Airbnb thread prior to check-in.

- Parking: Up to 2 cars can park in the driveway and up to 2 cars can park on the street out front, please do not park in front of any fire hydrants or the neighbors home's.
- Overnight Guests: maximum 7 people
- Trash Collection: The trash is picked up on: Wednesday. If your reservation falls within Wednesday, we ask that you please roll the trash bins to the street/alley way to ensure that trash is picked up and we maintain a clean property.

- Feel at home, respectfully: Keep the furniture and electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, and remotes in their places. This helps us maintain a great experience for you and future guests.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. Any noise disturbances or damage from parties will result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional fines.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine.

This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to public parks and an elementary school. We personally know the neighbors and they are all very kind people! This home is located on the corner of the street and provides ample parking both in the back and the front of the home for cars.
