The newly renovated home is a short distance (1.5 miles) from Downtown Franklin! This French-inspired stylish home has all the amenities. Come and relax poolside (seasonal) or by the fire pit, depending on the weather. Enjoy spa-like bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has an enclosed solarium to enjoy that morning light. Enjoy historic Franklin with two adult bikes (upon request) to explore America's favorite main street with a 15-minute bike ride.

The space
Clean and open with high vaulted ceilings in the livingroom. Painted with relaxation in mind. Comfortable seating and a relaxing pool to enjoy the Franklin summers.

Other things to note
The pool is seasonally open from April to September. Two bikes are available (upon request) during the summer months, and Franklin's downtown square is a short bike ride away. The fireplace pictured is inoperable at this time. We do, however, have an outdoor firepit (SoloStove).
