Monthly Rentals in Kountze

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin, which was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. With wooded areas on both sides and the lake behind, it felt very private and immersed in nature. It was fascinating to sit by the lake or watch the changing scene through the glass doors, with cardinals and other birds at the feeders, squirrels running around, and the movement of the water or trees in the breeze. Next time we’d bring binoculars to get a closer look at the different breeds of ducks swimming by. There is no shower and the deep soaking tub would have been difficult to use at our age, so we just managed without it for our short stay. Everything else was provided for a relaxing getaway and Robert was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you, Robert!

I arrived in the area after dark and having lived in the middle of a city most of my life I got a little scared of the roads which were a little muddy, and it is so remote that my GPS was giving me a hard time. But Laura went above and beyond and got in her truck to come get me and then led me to the cabin. She is such a gracious host. Thank you again Laura. The cabin itself was pristinely clean and the area was SO peaceful and beautiful. Going to come back with a friend. Definitely book here you will be glad you did.
