Waterfront vacation rentals in Košljun

We have simply never stayed at a better location (amazing beach and walking distance from the city center) hosted by a better host.. next time we hope to book a longer stay.

The place is in a great location, parking is not a problem. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can walk along the sea to the ferry to Zadar. In the apartment, everything is available that is needed, TV is only in Croatian or you log in to your streaming services, then take a TV stick or Chromecast. The bathroom is spacious and can accommodate everything. The beds are super comfortable and the sea in front of the door is refreshing. The location is quiet, but there are bars right on the water. Sabine was always very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back

Marin is a super host, immediately very helpful and upon arrival he also helped us bring our suitcases into the house, he recommended and explained everything perfectly. The house inside is small but equipped with everything ( also the super equipped kitchen). Obviously we fell in love with the terrace of his little house but what to say, everything was perfect. I would go back , thank you Marin!

Listing is exactly as described and photos, the instructions are very clear. The bedding is perfect! Branka is a friendly and responsive host, always with good advice. The old town is a 5 min walk. One of the best Airbnb we've ever experienced. Thanks again Branka!

Wonderful location and views from the large balcony. Convenient for transport and local amenities - and we very much enjoyed eating in the lovely Marinero Restaurant below the apartment (which was not noisy at night).

Well equiped apartment with a nice view on the bay, hiking trails around and lots to do in beautiful Croatia. Our hosts were very friendly and helped us settling. Calm neighbourhood and just what we were looking for.

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Blissful location on a quiet island (with bridge, so easily accessible), we have had a lot of sunny rest here and have a lot of snorkeling in a bay a few kms away (a swimming and sup vacation at the end of October). The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities and is also 30 meters steps from the sea. Dragica is attentive and friendly.

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Beautifully located cabin on the river, very idyllic nature. In the cabin you can find everything you need, relax on the terrace or drive to the Una National Park is wonderfully possible here. The barbecue is good to be bent and there is a river on the shore with a table and bench. Adnan was always available and accommodating for us, gave us many tips on what to do, e.g. in bad weather, or which restaurants can be found nearby.

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

It was a very nice apartment, with everything you need. Very easy to reach by car and with a beautiful view. You only have to walk 100 meters for a lovely beach. Communication with Petra also went very well. The only downside is that there is no shutter so you wake up very early in the morning. Otherwise really a top space so thank you Petra!

Nice small appartment, well located in the center of old town and not too far from public parking

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
