simply indescribable.... The previous reviews say it too. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It just had everything and the pictures are exactly as the apartment is. The beach is not far away and you can walk to everything. We were warmly welcomed and also said goodbye. I can highly recommend the place. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything ❣️

We spent our current vacation here and were super satisfied. Very nice hosts. The whole apartment was very neat and well maintained. As a welcome, there was a bottle of water and a juice and to say goodbye a small gift we were satisfied. The sea can be reached quickly in a two-minute walk.

We had such a lovely time! Milena was a wonderful host, very welcoming, communicative and helpful. The apartment and view was absolutely lovely, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The stay with our children was very nice. We had a great large terrace and the rooms were very cozy and clean, as well as large enough for the week. We didn't miss anything; the beach as well as restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are around the corner. The owners are very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The apartment was really nice and well-equipped. We were lucky to be the only tenants in the house for the whole week and we got to keep our little beach to ourselves. It was good to communicate with Stipe and the apartment was also very nice and the sea view was just amazing. It should also be mentioned that the outer wall of the house was 3 meters away from the winding road and about 100 loud motorcycles were roaring past the house every day. Sometimes the atmosphere was like being on a racetrack. It was quiet and comfortable at night. The water was wonderfully clear and the backyard was a great place to swim.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also not far away. Nevertheless, the surroundings are always quiet and you can enjoy your vacation without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I recommend this place to anyone.

A great vacation in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at this cottage in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the wonderful pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. In the surrounding area, everything you need for a successful vacation was available: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming towns in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Thank you dear Anita for this great stay!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! The first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but that was completely unnecessary in retrospect. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I would recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettable beautiful stay. I'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

the best place to stay in novalja!!

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.
