Tide Pools was the BEST! It has a cool and casual vibe with the best pool ever! Waterfalls! Caves! Lava rocks! It was so convenient to have it right out the door … we would swim in the pool - go on an excursion or to the beach - swim in the pool - dinner - swim in the pool again. Perfect! The location was wonderful … peaceful with incredible views. Kimberly was incredible - quickly responsive and very patient with my questions. The best rental in Princeville! ❤️

This home is in a remarkable location with beautiful gardens and situated on a golf course with very few people. It is extremely private and has great amenities. A true gem!

My girlfriend has a sixth sense for finding amazing places (she hunts recommendations like treasures) and once again she nailed it. This property delivered - spotless, spacious two-bedroom layout with efficient cooling that saved us during some hot Kauai days. Best part? The location. You're on one edge of the island's half-circle layout, which was perfect for us. Less traffic, fewer crowds, no sprawl. Just a quick walk to stunning beaches and a short drive to Hanalei, our favorite town on the island. We woke up to gorgeous views every morning. Mala the cat became our unofficial vacation buddy, showing up for afternoon naps on the regular. You'll need to keep the bedroom doors open at night for the heat pump to cool you. Also grab groceries before arriving - the kitchen starts completely empty. Worth every penny for a perfect Kauai home base.

Beautiful, clean home. We were so happy to have beach supplies to meet all of our needs. Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs if you’re sensitive to light and noise. The area roosters want to wake you early and you’ll want to sleep with windows open to capture the cool breeze.

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! We loved the location. It was a quick drive to Hanalei, a short walk to the coffee shop and grocery store, and a lovely bike ride to the Anini Beach trailhead. The home had everything we needed plus the bonus details of AC in the bedrooms, six bikes, ping pong table, hot tub, outdoor shower, plenty of beach gear for snorkeling or lounging. We enjoyed having a relaxing and quiet home to come to each evening. Our adult kids (who are on their own in busy careers) came with us so the time to just relax and be together was great. We all agreed that Deborah’s lovely and quiet home is the perfect place and we plan to stay here every time we return!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house as a family of four. The property is beautiful, peaceful, private, and quiet. The house is full of rustic charm, unique furnishings, and colorful art. The location is perfect for exploring the North Shore. We loved the easy access to Kalihiwai and Kauapea beaches. Judy was a very helpful and responsive host. We appreciated that she had the lights on for us when we arrived late at night. The North Shore of Kauai is a special place and staying here made for a wonderful holiday. We’d definitely stay here again!

So much to say about this place. If you are comparing listings… just book this one, you won’t be sorry. This house was so comfortable especially the beds, we slept so good. It is a completely air conditioned house! It gets humid and hot here. Lots of places have ac in the bedrooms but not the living room, kitchen, etc. This is also the only Airbnb that I didn’t need to rinse dishes off before using them and my feet were not dirty from walking around inside; IT WAS SO CLEAN! Everything we needed was available from kitchen utensils to beach towels and more. The neighborhood that this house is located in is more on the luxury side and great for walking. Very safe and convenient with stores and restaurants in walking distance. My children and I felt so comfortable here and I’m so glad we found this place.

The location of the place is in a very nice and quiet residential area, but there are restaurants and shops nearby and it is only 15 minutes from Hanalei town. We also enjoy nature walks along the golf course with the beautiful view of the mountains and the pool and jacuzzi. The space is larger than it looked in the photos and everything is in very good condition. The only drawback is that they charge you extra taxes when you check in directly at the hotel. I think that should already be included in the total price when you book.

This place was exactly as described. It was the perfect location and great space. We loved the area and will definitely be back! The amenities were great and added so much more value to our trip. James at the concierge desk was second to none!

We had a fantastic stay at Steven’s place. The space was large, light and clean. The pool facilities were great and a shopping precinct close by. Princeville is a separate resort area but good location to get to Hannalei, not far drive. We had no need to pay the $20 a night fee for air con, it was cool enough with ceiling fans. Very satisfied with our stay

Condo located in a beautiful facility with a gorgeous pool area and multiple restaurant choices. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Traffic getting in and out of the facility was a little tricky, as it was very busy on the main highway.

Jason is an absolute gem of a host - open line of communication with very quick and timely responses; super informative and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. His listing was exactly as posted :) We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Nice place. Sat at the veranda and enjoyed the lush vegetation and warm weather with a soft breeze. The pool and hot tub with waterfalls were very pleasant. Nice scenery. The market and restaurants were a little over a mile which we walked to often. Princeville a great location with Hanalei right next door. Lots of hiking, snorkeling, sightseeing and shopping. It was a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely loved this spacious timeshare. Check~in was fantastic and informative. Lots of extra activities to enjoy as well as live music by the pool, bike rentals as well as pickleball and shuffleboard . Saturday at 4pm was live music and free Mai Tai’s. Great experience and the lodging had plenty of clothing storage, large bathrooms with an equally large dressing area. Make-up mirrors, full length mirrors, ironing board and washer/dryer. Lanai was huge.
