Condo vacation rentals in Kiahuna Beach

Thankfully Roberts condo was free for the time we needed. This was a last minute pick after our first condo ended up being a disgusting dive. What a welcome change. Robert’s quick friendly confirmation left the remainder of our day worry free. When we arrived that evening we were overjoyed to walk into such a clean homey little condo. It had all the comforts of home. Plus the standard beach gear to enjoy. This unit is on the high end of the property. Yet, it still had a decent enough view of the ocean. As well as the properties grounds. It’s was a top floor unit the stairs were not much fun being that we had packed for a ten day trip. We survived! I would definitely stay in Robert’s unit again.

We had an amazing stay at Linda’s place!! The condo was clean, cozy, and easy to check in to. We were able to get an early check in which was awesome. The condo was only a 5 minute walk to Kiahuna beach and a 10 minute walk to Poipu beach. There’s an amazing coffee shop (Little Fish) across the street that we went to multiple times. Linda also included beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff) which came in handy! Finally, Linda was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great condo. Had everything I needed. Ocean view from lanai. Private location in back of the building. I hardly heard anyone. Grounds and pool were very relaxing and beautiful.

This was our best trip to Hawaii ever. Staying right on the beach was priceless. It’s so nice to be able to walk down to the beach without getting into the car. The resort is a timeshare/vacation club property. The staff were very helpful and nice. The kitchen was well equipped for a vacation type meal. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was awesome. We only had 4 people in the room but could’ve accommodated more. The improvements I would suggest have nothing to do with Bethany but are more for the resort. Having nicer paper products would be expected at this price point. The gym was very nice as well as the activities. This is a perfect location for an easy family vacation. 10/10 recommend this property.

Our stay at this Kauai condo was absolutely perfect! Shaun and Megan were wonderful hosts- communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location couldn’t have been better… just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the extra touches like beach towels, chairs, and a cooler—so helpful for our days exploring the island. Mahalo, Shaun and Megan, for sharing your little slice of paradise with us. We can’t wait to come back!

HIGHLY recommend staying at Andrea’s place! Great location, extremely clean, loved the decorations and furniture. Very well stocked kitchen, my girls absolutely loved the bunk beds. The AC was cool and the fans were a huge plus too, loved the private lanai. Beds were so comfortable! We had a great week stay here and we will be back!! Such friendly staff around the property too. Always smiling and waving as they go by. We already miss it and my girls can’t wait to go back to their “Kauai home” :)

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredible and the recommendations were so great. There’s a few house rules which I’m not so used to but it was clear from the beginning and definitely helps to keep the place bug and critter free which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo and I highly recommend visiting! We were welcomed with a personalized, handwritten card, some fun local gifts, and many information resources for local and island activities. We felt like we were right at home. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed and more. Breakfast of fresh, local fruits on the lanai was a wonderful way to start our mornings. The vented windows are fantastic! there's nothing like enjoying a breeze floating through the condo, keeping us nice and cool. The ceiling fans are perfect when sleeping at night. We visited in May, but I'm sure the air conditioning is very welcome in the summer months. 5 stars and I absolutely recommend this property. Mahalo!

We had a very nice stay here. The home was as pictured and felt very clean and cozy when we first walked in. We had everything we needed including an each bag and small cooler. We would stay here again! Very nice place.

The spot was perfect for a couple looking for a no frills quiet place!! Excellent location….The beach house across the street is a must. Overall a great place to stay!!

Absolutely amazing. Perfect place for a couple. Clarifying- pool and lanai are not private - pool shared by all condos and lanai with neighboring unit. Also be aware condos above you with decks that look down on your lanai. So not quite as private as expected from pictures. It is still a great place.

It was my first time in Kauai and the location of this complex is situated right in the middle of two very nice beaches and very close to shipwreck beach which is a beautiful spot to watch sunrises. Condo looks like the photos and the patio was very peaceful to sit outside every morning drinking some coffee. The Athletic Club was very relaxing. Water slide was so much fun! Arthur was very responsive but also wasn’t expecting me to communicate all the time. This was a relaxing vacation to clear my head. Thank you do much !

My party of two had a great stay at Paul & Meg's condo, which is perfectly located within Poipu Kapili resort, with a centralized view of the awesome pool and ocean from the balcony. Poipu Kapili resort, itself, is perfectly located near the ocean and close to beach, walking paths, shopping, etc. and is the right size (not too big) for enjoying the pool in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful B&B in Kauai. The beach access was perfect, and the space was so tastefully done—cozy, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for making our trip so special!
