We were only there one night to treat ourselves to a little break. The place was perfect for that, the place is just outside of the urban area. Communication was great, they responded very quickly. The key was handed over by key box and our host also introduced himself in person. We found this very likeable and would definitely come back! Everything was great

It was the best accommodation I ever had… better than certain hotels… super complete only used just for sleep… but the super complete kitchen complete with various utensils coffee maker kettle among others… very capricated

We felt like at home. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village, overlooking the beautiful countryside on the Lower Rhine. It is therefore very quiet and beautifully bright. The sunrise over and deer in the fields have sweetened our morning. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dining table cozy and the sofa really comfortable. On top...good-hearted and friendly hosts. Already getting in touch in advance was hassle-free and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and is also ideally suited for a longer stay in the rooms. The kitchen is complete and functional, the bathroom is a wellness area, and the beds are top notch. We didn't need advice for the area because we were home there once. Heike and Mike were always responsive and helpful in all things. The location is quiet and yet central, so you can get everywhere quickly (Alps, Xanten, Wesel, Duisburg, Holland, etc.). For us, Heike's apartment has become the first point of contact for a stay on the Lower Rhine.

Airbnb visually as seen on the pictures. The contact with the owner was very good, you always got a response very quickly. Check-in and check-out are easy and everyone can do. The house rules are clear and misleading. All in one: really a very nice Airbnb for an absolute top price. The only "negative" is the location. The Airbnb is in an industrial area and there are few options on foot. But you can get everywhere by car and the subway is 10 min away. If I am in Essen again, I will definitely book this place again! 10/10
