The apartment was very nice and clean. What we were missing would be a broom or vacuum cleaner, and that you have to go up to the toilet from the basement. If you're with four people, it's a little. So all four of us were very satisfied. We would 100% recommend it. Schmidt family from Cologne

The apartment is very well and very nicely furnished, quietly located and represents a very good starting point for any activities on the Lower Rhine. Romana is a very nice host. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely place to stay for a weekend. Burkhardt was very easy to communicate with and their house was perfect. Nice to be close to the lakes for walks each day.

We felt very comfortable. There was everything we needed. Except that the gentlemen missed a TV😅. Parking was always available on the street. In 2 minutes, a great park for walking. We will be happy to come back.

Nice welcome by mother of Thomas. Spacious and clean holiday home with very large fully fenced garden. Ideal for our dogs. From the house you are immediately in a hiking area. The old town with all kinds of restaurants and shops is within walking distance (1.5 or 2 km). Also ideal and yet you don't have the idea that the city is close. The next morning there was a bag of fresh rolls at the door, very sweet. There was also coffee, tea, limo, water and cookies ready. The beds are good with hard mattresses (for me a bit too hard but that's personal). The rooms are very spacious and certainly also very suitable for families with children. It was a great place for us with the dogs and definitely worth going back again.

We stayed here for a weekend to go hiking. It's very quiet and cosy.

We enjoyed our stay in the idyllically located house with wonderful garden. The peaceful surroundings and the proximity of the water were unique. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We used the accommodation for four with two children (12 and 9) as a central starting point for activities in the Ruhr area. Therefore, the location was especially important to us. With about 10 minutes. Walking distance to the nearest train station can be reached very well. The apartment is not large, but well suited for a family for a few days. Otherwise, we particularly liked the great view through the balcony and window and the freely usable small swimming pool. All in all it was a nice time!

We had a lovely getaway in the house in the forest. It is because it is the last house on the street one of the best :) the view from the outside terrace is wonderful. The apartment is very modern and stylish. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would come back !

Very comfortable apartment with tasteful decor. Host was very responsive to messages. Kitchen was well equipped. Even though the weather was cool in November, the place was warm and cozy. Would recommend.

The apartment is super centrally located, has everything you need and on top of that a large balcony in a quiet courtyard. Shops, good restaurants and bars are within walking distance, two houses away is a kiosk (Späti), which is open for a very long time and has a quite good assortment. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, mega chic apartment, very spacious and stylish!! Very pleasant was the underfloor heating in the entire apartment! A little more dishes and other kitchen utensils would be great, and a neat knife or two. Otherwise perfect!

The stay with Karin and Gerd was positive and successful without restrictions. For further visits to Duisburg, I remember this opportunity. It was all perfect and very satisfactory. Thank you.
