The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV (including Netflix, YouTube etc.), Sonos sound speaker, desk with monitor (HDMI), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Dear guests, Welcome to Tina and Guido's in Moers. Our apartment in the countryside is the perfect starting point for both private and business activities due to its quiet yet central location. The apartment is located directly on Lauersforter Wald and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Elfrath. Shops and the A57 highway are a few minutes' drive away. Düsseldorf Airport is 20 minutes away. Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
