Already getting in touch in advance was hassle-free and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and is also ideally suited for a longer stay in the rooms. The kitchen is complete and functional, the bathroom is a wellness area, and the beds are top notch. We didn't need advice for the area because we were home there once. Heike and Mike were always responsive and helpful in all things. The location is quiet and yet central, so you can get everywhere quickly (Alps, Xanten, Wesel, Duisburg, Holland, etc.). For us, Heike's apartment has become the first point of contact for a stay on the Lower Rhine.

The apartment was just perfect! Very clean, cozy and modernly furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, and the shower was great. Particularly impressive was the quick response of the host, who immediately fixed the shower head after a small defect. The situation is quiet, but still well connected. I felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend it.

The house is completely modern, stylish and equipped with every comfort. Full kitchen and wonderfully spacious living room. Nice beds etchers spacious bathrooms. Everything is fine to the chocolate on the bed.

The house is large, and it is also very close to the subway station on foot. You can also walk to aldi. It is only a 16-minute walk from the center.The house can use a total of 3 floors, the basement is a washer, dryer and game room.The first floor is the kitchen living room, there is also a TV, there is a little garden to go out, there is a small toilet on the first floor, but there is no shower room.The second floor is two rooms, the master bedroom is large, and the toilet on the second floor is also large, with a shower and bathtub.There is a heater throughout the house, but the house is extraordinarily large, so a little more clothes to be worn in the room as well.There is also a floor on the roof, according to the homeowner, it is another suite, and if someone is booked, there will be a shared staircase.

we had a amazing stay. we arrived and everything was super clean and looked very cozy. the beds and bathrooms were nice and clean as well. we specially enjoyed all the amenities in the house. the area is also great to walk around and on a good night you can watch the sunset from the hottub and it looks amazing!

The apartment was very nice and clean. What we were missing would be a broom or vacuum cleaner, and that you have to go up to the toilet from the basement. If you're with four people, it's a little. So all four of us were very satisfied. We would 100% recommend it. Schmidt family from Cologne

What a wonderful oasis in the beautiful countryside of Essen… really enjoyed our stay there!

I stayed with David for one night. The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean. I felt very comfortable and at home there. I lacked nothing David is an excellent host, he responds very quickly to questions. If I am visiting Germany again, I will definitely request his apartment again. Thank you 🙏🏻

What a beautiful and pristine apartment! If you're walking, the ascents to it are steep, but there is a bus which goes directly there. Our hostess met us directly (tho there is also a lock box with an extra set of keys) and told us a bit about the history of the Wuppertal, which we found fascinating. There were also pamphlets and maps and lots of other information about the area, and especially the Schwebebahn - the monorail over the river Wupper, which we had come specifically to see. She also recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby, Indian but you can also order without hot spices. There are also a lot of other restaurants nearby. Great visit! Recommend if you need to be in touch, to contact between 9am-9pm.

Andre was a great host, responds promptly to every inquiry. The apartment is clean and spacious, environment serene. Location is perfect with train station few minutes walk from the apartment making movement within the city very easy. The Netto shop at the ground floor is a plus and we were able to get most of our daily need from there. Overall it was a great experience for us and we highly recommend. We will surely come back again.

I went to a training at St.Anna Hospital, which was within walking distance. The apartment is as in the pictures and also very clean. The communication with Birgit was great. I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back. :)

We had a great time! The apartment was super nice and new. We could easily take the bus to the shopping center . Certainly subject to repetition :)
