Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kalihiwai

Tyler and his place were exceptional. Everything that was said in traveler's previous reviews we got to experience during our visit. Tyler's place is so quiet and clean and it is so big (specially the lanai). The grounds are so very beautiful and the pool area is big and just a few steps from the condo. Tyler is great with communication, checking in with you to make sure that everything is ok as your stay gets underway. He provides easy to understand instructions for using the condo. Tyler had a freezer go out just before our stay but he communicated the repair and a new fridge/freezer was quickly delivered and installed the next day. It all worked out perfect. This is a great place to stay in Princeville and we would definitely recommend and use again for future trips.

The house was perfect for our family. The location and the accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Allison was a fantastic host. She proactively gave us helpful recommendations for us to try and see. Not only that but her communication and direction was extremely clear and timely. She helped make our stay and experience there that much more memorable. Definitely will be coming back!

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

Clark was very responsive and helpful, even got us a few things for the home we needed. AC was much needed and kept us very cool at night. Clean linens and very comfy beds. The only issue that visitors should be aware of are the roosters who live near by that crow clockwork every morning, we named them Bob at 1:30am, Chuck at 4am, and Gregory at 6am. We think Gregory doesn’t have much to live based on his crowing sounds. I would recommend bringing a sound machine. It was nice to know what time it was based on the crowing, comical and made the stay even special. Great location near Foodland, beach was harder to get to because it was rainy and slick. But overall great place and great host.

Hated to leave! Loved Marn’s condo! Everything was perfect from the beginning to end! Location was great! Short drive to so many gorgeous sites, beaches, hiking trails and restaurants! Condo was immaculate with so many details and extras! We arrived to find special treats left for us by the host! So sweet.. no pun intended! The view from the lanai was gorgeous and one of our favorite places to sit each day where you can hear the ocean waves. We enjoyed leaving the windows open all night so to hear the peaceful sounds of the ocean! The condo is cozy and bed very comfortable! Loved having washer and dryer in the condo! Complex was very quiet and easy to find. We appreciated having access to a bbq where we could bbq dinner and walk over to the park nearby and enjoy a picnic and beautiful sunset. Marn was super friendly, welcoming and great with communication! We loved his place and can’t wait to return! Thank you Marn for sharing your beautiful home with us !

We recently stayed at the Princeville HI Cottage and had an absolutely perfect experience. The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The small plunge pool was such a treat—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay! It truly felt like a peaceful, private retreat, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This house was an amazing experience. The decor was a perfect tropical oasis. A very fun way to spend a vacation in Hawaii. I think my favorite part was all of the unique lamps in all of the rooms. The house had such a Tiki bar feel to it, and it felt cozy, just like being home. Plenty of space for the 5 of us who stayed there. Loved the backyard and the vocalizing geckos as I read my book on the lanai. I enjoyed staying in a location that was not overcrowded with tourists. And I had a wonderful surprise seeing tiny fish swim in the small ponds in the front yard. I would stay in this house again for future Hawaii visits. Love love love this house!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was easy to check in. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We made breakfast every morning and enjoyed eating it on the lanai. It was a perfect place to watch the sunrise or rain. I loved the peekaboo view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well to keep the bedroom and condo cool. The beach is a short walk away. We were there the middle of April and the beach only had a few visitors every time we went. We enjoyed the farmer's market at the Coconut Marketplace. Visiting with the locals and supporting their small businesses was a highlight. The marketplace was a convenient place to get snacks and some local food, but there is also a Safeway a short distance from the condo where you can stock up on groceries. We stayed for a week, so having access to the laundry was nice. We would definitely love to stay again.
