Condo vacation rentals in Kaanapali

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo on the west side of Maui. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sunset, which felt like it was dipping right into the ocean. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui.

The place was a paradise, we woke up every morning on the ocean, our favorite part was the view. We loved how equipped was the entire place for kitchen, beach stuff plus the amenities of the hotel. The team was extremely attentive and responsive of all our needs, definitely a 10/10. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Lahaina to start off our trip to Maui. Lots to do in the area, place was a great landing pad, couldn’t have asked for anything more

Recommend: Clean unit with a nice view. Bob and Sue were helpful. Shower, cooktop and furniture were a tad dated but functional. The bed was comfortable. There was not a air conditioning unit in the bedroom- there was a powerful large fan that worked well to push the cold air from the living room AC into the bedroom so you could sleep very comfortably. The property was illuminated at night with tikki torches -added a nice tropical touch. There was plenty of parking available.

My friend and I loved staying at this condo! The condo was walking distance to Nāpili Bay and Kapalua Bay for snorkeling. We could easily uber to restaurants close by. The condo was spotless and the host was super responsive for any needs or questions. The area was quiet and so lovely to sit on the porch in the morning. The condo was great size and had all kitchen supplies / other amenities needed. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and if there was an issue, Shelley was quick to respond. The home is beautiful and peaceful. We will gladly book with Shelley again!

We had an amazing stay at Patty and Tony's condo. The location was perfect for us and everything was just as pictured in the listing. Very quiet location and close to so much. The sunsets were spectacular every night. The communication was always quick although we had no issues at all during our stay that needed to be addressed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making the first leg of our 40th Anniversary trip fantastic!

This place is perfect for a comfortable stay. Our hosts have so much information it made it easy for a visitor to plan activities. They even include brief descriptions of the hikes or beaches which was especially helpful for our family as we have a toddler. The space is neat and has all the furnishings and appliances you'll need. If you forget something, no worries! Essentials were provided. There's a full fridge and kitchen stocked with basic utensils. So bring home all your leftovers or cook your own meals up. The surrounding area has a good amount of things to do, though it is not highly walkable. Knowing you won't have to fight for parking upon your return is nice. Both check out and check in were exceedingly easy and our hosts responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. They were even flexible with us when we requested a change to normal check in. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, experienced or not, and will start here again if we have the chance.

Very clean and wonderful place! Walkable to shops and to the beach. Restaurants nearby as well. Would come back!

Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay for a few days on Maui - the space itself is incredible, feels very luxurious and has an amazing view. The location is just as amazing, just a few steps from the best beach I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

It was a beautiful place with a privacy. Loved the location and felt very safe. The host was so thoughtful and was very clear with instructions. Everything was so well thought through. We strongly recommend this place.

Our stay at Cynthia's little slice of heaven was absolutely incredible. The condo is in a great location for things to do. The views from the condo are breathtaking, and the beach at the Sands of Kahana is perfect. There is a turtle family living out there in the bay that liked to swim close to the shore. The condo itself was better than described. It was well appointed and very comfortable. It was everything we needed and more for a great family vacation. Thank you Cynthia for your hospitality.

Wonderful week! Love the Kaanapali area - we didn’t explore other areas on Maui because my wife said “why bother? We’re coming back here”. We appreciated the location - just far enough from the Beach Walk to people-watch, but far enough away that we felt there was privacy. We also used the BBQ grill (it’s cleaned everyday and so close by) and filled up at the filtered water dispenser near the front desk (bring your water bottles). Went to Leilani’s on the Beach twice in nearby Whaler’s Village - even road the Kaanapali Trolley to get there. Went snorkeling 3 times in nearby Airport Beach (used The Snorkel Store for rental equipment - highly recommend). The pool was also very nice and the sunsets were great. The unit is perfectly situated - an end unit with easy access to everything we needed. A couple of minor glitches were handled by Michaela. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We visit Maui every year and have found this property to be superb! This was our first time booking through Hawaiin Properties and they absolutely did not disappoint! The condo is beautiful and fully equipped with anything and everything you need for an amazing stay. Whether staying in, spending time in the pool or hanging out at the beach they have you covered! My husband and I will definitely be booking again for next year!

Evan is a great host, very responsive. His place was wonderful - everything we needed and more. The views were great and he was very responsive to every requests we had. I would highly recommend his place to anyone coming to Maui!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Konea Unit 142 at 130 Kai Malina Parkway! The location is amazing—so easy to find and perfectly situated for exploring Lahaina and the surrounding area. The unit itself had everything we needed and more—great facilities, super comfortable, and very family-friendly. Trevor was fantastic to work with—super helpful, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. This spot was truly perfect for our family. The resort had something for everyone, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. A family trip for the books, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a Charming and Comfortable unit 904 is. We're an older couple in our mid 50's and this unit was everything we hoped for and then some. The communication, directions, and access into unit 904 were all great! The views from the moment you walk in are breathtaking! All the furniture was perfect for anyone who needs a little extra support to sit/ sleep on. Location is great for Local restaurants, hotel and resort restaurants, beaches, and scuba. Loved the easy parking just a few steps away from the elevator. All the beach gear came in handy for our 3 straight days of beach/ bay activities. The provided ice trays, filtered water jugs, ice packs for the coolers, the beach wagon were an added bonus. All of these small things made a big difference in our stay. Thanks Raj and Pallavi for letting us stay in this little peace of paradise. Would highly recommend staying here!

Came here to stay for the week with my husband. The suite is spacious, with huge doors that open up so you can enjoy the Maui breeze. Located so close to the ocean where the snorkeling and sunsets are absolutely incredible. It was great being on the ground floor to come in and out as we please. If we come back to Maui, we would 100% stay here again.

We loved it there! Such a great location, short walk through the golf course to restaurants and resorts. Golf cart service to the beach. Cabana access. The pool was amazing actually with great toddler areas. The condo was spotless and had plenty of nice touches!

Just a few seconds walk from a beautiful beach, snorkeling along the rock reef there were plenty of turtles to see. The park is a great place to watch the sunrise. You can hear the waves crashing from your bedroom. Lot's of food in walking distance, a picturesque tropical place to relax.

Beautiful place, easy to get around, great beaches and park in the area, local restaurant and market. Big shopping mall with great restaurants, live music. We do glad we choose this place. Thank you Midway❤️
