My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. The peacocks in the neighborhood are adorable. The home had a big walk in shower which was great. Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. 5 star stay for sure!

Our host Gwen went above and beyond. We walked in to a homey setting, very clean, quiet and peaceful. The beddings was comfortable. The cottage is set up to meet everyone’s needs ! Beach items are available. Kitchen was a good size. Everything was meticulously thought of. Host was quick to respond to questions. Location was great to get to Tampa airport, Clearwater and Sarasota beaches. Very kind host. You can see the love put into this place when you enter. Highly recommend this host!

Beautiful place! Perfect for a family vacation! The water park was awesome, just be mindful of going around holidays because it does get a bit packed. Otherwise the condo itself was great, will definitely book again.

We love Dunedin and this location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking town square. Perfect spot - restaurants, bars and shops walkable. Our hosts were great and quickly addressed an air conditioning issue. We would definitely stay here again.

David’s place is close to so much, but you would not know it. It is in a lovely, well-maintained, quiet and safe neighborhood. The home itself is pristine and filled with small touches that made our stay very pleasant!

This place really is a slice of heaven. The bikes and beach chairs were really handy to have. The space is perfect for a couple and kitchen is stacked with everything for cooking. We would stay here again!

Cottage decor fit right in for the area. Ideal location - close to the Beaches, St. Petersburg and great restaurants. Her guidebook was very helpful and spot on. If we are in the area again, would definitely stay there.

Marilyn was very friendly I would say she is a super host . We enjoyed her cute apt it was within walking distance to shops, restaurant,and the beautiful Sunken Gardens . She has fixed up the back yard with several seating arrangements that are lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

We had zero issues from check-in to check-out! We were able to relax when needed and had everything we needed. One thing I might suggest for light sleepers is a white noise machine. There were a lot of sirens on the main road near the house on the weekend nights. Otherwise everything worked out great for us!

I’ve stayed here 3 times in 5 months! It’s absolutely perfect! Very clean, beds are fantastic and the staff works so hard everyday to exceed expectations!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and came stocked with all amenities that we needed. The location was right near Restaurants, Coffee shops, Walmart, Drug Stores, etc. Truly we had no issues and everything we needed. We will be returning to the Clearwater area and would be happy to stay here again!!

This is the perfect location!! Larry and Bibisch did an amazing job with the property and we're so accommodating and friendly. My girlfriend and I definitely plan to stay at this location the next time we are in clearwater.

Really accommodating hosts!!! The place was cute and the backyard is absolutely gorgeous, the best part of this stay. Ac works well thank goodness; The beds are comfortable but the sheets stay very hot. Place is clean enough to feel at home, the only thing I would say is the floors ( i have a crawling child so this stood out to me) could use a deep clean but were still obviously mopped so it was acceptable. There are most beach supplies which is so helpful, we left some sand toys. This is very family oriented stay and was wonderful with a toddler. We recommend montys pizza near here (really good pizza and a retro environment10/10) If you plan to cook often the kitchen has plenty of dishes and enough supplies to get the job done, and a regular coffee maker ( i hate k cups lol) i do hope to stay here again.

Joe is one of the best hosts! Always responsive and polite. His place is clean and something worth mentioning.. the bed and pillows are super comfy!

Shower head needs to be updated very dark inside owners need to do a lot of update

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

We just returned from a week at Holly’s place and let me just say how wonderful everything was. Check in was a breeze, Holly was communicative and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is really perfect. Publix is right next door, and the beach is across the street. The view of the bay from the apartment was so beautiful. We watched the dolphins play every night. We would return in a heartbeat.

I have been coming to this area for years and stayed in many airbnbs but this may be my favorite! The host is wonderful, super attentive and responsive when needed, extremely friendly and accommodating! The condo is clean, quiet, comforting and I had no reasons to contact the host during my entire 3 month stay! Daily sightings of dolphins from the view from the balcony! I will definitely be coming back!

Great host! Jacuzzi is a plus! Very clean and organized place! Highly recommended!

Perfect place exactly what we were looking for

Liz's place was a great stay for a girl's weekend. The inside space is as beautiful as the outside deck area. Liz had more amenities than most AirBNB's we have stayed in previously. The bed was extra comfy and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. She went above and beyond by providing sunscreen, bug spray, beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hot tub was an extra bonus and very well kept! We did not have any issues while staying and we hope to return soon!

Great place! Super clean and roomy! We very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach within walking distance. We also loved the pool and met a lot of nice folks. Proslav had a wagon, beach toys, umbrellas and beach toys for use. So convenient!
