Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It’s in immaculate shape on a quiet street within short walking distance to the beach. Very clean and newly renovated. Parking is easy. The rental has everything a couple would need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, towels, and even a beach bag. The washer/dryer and dishwasher are added conveniences. Diane was quick to respond and very helpful. Restaurants, pharmacies, and other stores are within short walking and/or driving distance. Don’t pass on this rental. It’s WELL worth the price you pay. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

the outside looked a little questionable when we first arrived and on a busy road.but the inside of the house is very nice and organized well .also we slept in the back bedroom and the street traffic didn't bother us at all .the house is very quiet through out inside.we didn't use the outside area but it seems very quiet and peaceful.the neighborhood was very peaceful to walk around and seemed very safe at anytime of day or night.I have stayed at four air BNB's in Florida in the last 6 months and this one by far was the best.also it appears recently to have been very tastefully remodeled inside and in my experience by far the cleanest air BNB I have rented I definitely recommend this house .

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

This is a perfect spot close to all the fun things to do in the area! The beach chairs were a nice addition, everything you need to have a nice stay!

The beach is literally steps away, but truthfully, I barely needed to leave the property. The pool is warm and inviting, the lounge areas are serene, and the attention to detail throughout the space is unmatched. Every comfort you can imagine is thoughtfully provided—from beach wagons and umbrellas to luxurious towels and a perfectly appointed kitchen. This wasn't just a stay; it was a spiritual reset. We had such a great time staying at this property! The house was not only clean and comfortable, but also full of personality—fun, colorful, and thoughtfully decorated. Every room had its own charm, and it really made the whole experience feel special and inviting. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a fun and welcoming space. It had everything we needed, and then some. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. It was the perfect spot to relax, laugh, and just enjoy being in a space that feels happy. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, cozy place to stay!

We have stayed at Lisa’s place twice. It is our home away from home in Florida. The house is perfect for a family stay. The beach access and walkable restaurants are so nice. When someone says “are we booking THE house?” They mean this one. 10/10.

This beautiful house was exactly what we were looking for during our little getaway! The town was so cute and everything was within walking distance. This is truly a beautiful house with everything you need and in a perfect location!

The location was perfect, with John’s Pass & Boardwalk as well as the beach within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jada and her property highly enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This was our second stay at Lise's place, and our stay was enhanced by Lise's exceptional communication with us, as well as the comfortable, clean and peaceful surroundings. Upon arrival, the fresh flowers and an array of snacks were appreciated as well! We highly recommend Lise's place, and look forward to our next stay with this host!

What a beautiful home! Never a dull moment in this home. We appreciated the vintage arcade, the awesome pool, and the mini golf in the backyard, as well as the ample space to watch our shows and movies. Super clean and lots of room. This is a great stay either if you by yourself, your partner or family and friends. Also it was great to be able to have the laundry machines at our disposal. 100 out of 10.

This Airbnb was a perfect location for a beach trip! Super close to several great locations, food, and fun. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

This place is amazing! It's in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The condo is spacious , clean, and really comfortable. Eric is an awesome host—very friendly and quick to respond. He even gave us a nice bottle of wine as a gift, which was so thoughtful. He truly deserves to be a Superhost! 💕👍

My husband and I just got back from the Royal Orleans staying in Marina's unit. This is our 2nd trip to the area, and we love more each time. Marina was very responsive, and flexible as they switched our flights a few times. The unit is very clean, very nice bedding, and towels! Towels were nicer then some hotels we've stayed at! Unit had everything we needed for the week!

I love this place. The condo is just enough space, it’s spotless. Even with the storms that Florida had, the complex did a great job so far at restoring everything. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen, refrigerator and just everything is so clean. They supply a good amount of towels, beach towels etc. We are already booked for 2026 and have started the countdown. OH, and Ally the bartender is the best. Just an extra little perk to such a great quaint place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Inn. The staff was very friendly and the host was quick to respond to our questions. We liked the view from the room and that we were right on the beach. It was helpful having beach chairs and umbrellas to use so we didn't have to pay for them everyday. I think it was great for 2 adult guests, any more than that and the space might start feeling a little cramped. We used the grills outside to cook as well as the hot plates so we were able to make whatever we wanted. Great view of the sunset from the building, we watched the sun go down from the balcony and beach, very peaceful at night. Overall a great stay!

We loved our stay! A beautifully renovated condo, perfect for our family, very clean, and the views from the balcony were absolutely incredible!! Amazing sunsets every night and live music nearby made this a true gem and amazing vacation spot. Walking distance to shops, ice cream, restaurants, and the most beautiful beach and clean, well maintained pool!! This place had everything!!

My new husband and I stayed at Rachel’s condo for our honeymoon and it was perfect! This was our first time in Treasure Island and I would love to come back and stay here again. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and beautiful! We saw a manatee in the intercoastal waters one morning, and the patio was a peaceful place to relax. The beach is just a 5 minute straight walk from the condo which was great. We visited the Florida and Clearwater Aquariums, and spent 2 days at Honeymoon Island State Park looking for shells and enjoying the peaceful beach. All of these were about 45-55 minutes from the condo. It stormed a couple of days so we appreciated how cozy the condo was and the large TVs, and Rachel provided everything we would need. We can’t wait to come back!
