Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Itri

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

A great place. Not even halfanhour from Sperlonga and 15 minutes from Gaeta. A fairytale terrace, surrounded by olive trees and prickly pears. Nothing is missing in the house, you can only go with the clothes you wear because there is really everything. Nothing to say about responsiveness, courtesy, cleanliness , accuracy, seriousness. Exquisite people. I recommend it!

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

A house with attention to detail to ensure the guest has a wonderful stay! Garden equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue to spend beautiful evenings in company and each room equipped with air conditioning for the hottest hours! The most hidden and appreciated gem is the shower in the garden... the shower after the sea under the stars is really a great gift!! Highly recommended!

Silvana is a wonderful host in many ways. We were better received than at home. We will carry both Silvana and the beautiful quiet village of Conca Casale in our hearts. We will definitely be back ❤️

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

We had some very nice days in San Felice that offered a pleasant quiet, nice restaurants/cafes and also the weather was wonderful with sun and 22-24 degrees. Lucas's very nice apartment was very well located in the old town with proximity to everything. The apartment has everything you can wish for and it was very cozy and well taken care of. The only challenge was to find suitable parking as car traffic is prohibited in the old town.

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Great cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the heart of the old town with squares and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Vibrant Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you can just close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw in a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not correct - fire alarms are fitted. Summary from us - perfect!

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

This is a lovely house in a great seaside location. The photos are very accurate. Parking for multiple cars is a problem as the gate to the home is narrow but we were able to park a small FIAT and a larger vehicle inside the gates. Other than the parking challenges, the house is very well equipped, has nice linens and is very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again. Sandy

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

This apartment has everything, it is perfect for those looking for a quiet and super comfortable place at the beach. The location is great, overlooking a beach that is always uncrowded. The beach is free but a stone's throw away there is a lido for those who want that option, we opted to experience it free of schedules and constraints. It's a clean area, and the sea has always been clear and with shallow water, perfect for those like us who don't swim. Paola was super nice and helpful, she welcomed us as if we were friends by introducing us to her family and having pleasant chats on the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from linens to dishes. We always had lunch and dinner outdoors in the porch overlooking the garden, which is always shaded and airy, but the real treat is the window wide open to the beach and the sea and the sound of the waves that lull you day and night. This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant vacation. Large and comfortable spaces, nice garden. Located in a quiet area. The beach is easy to get to .

The house is beautiful and only a few minutes drive from Cassino. It is calm and the garden is the perfect place to chill. We had a lovely stay !
