The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Fantastic place, great for relaxing and also a good middle point for Rome, Pompeii, Naples. Pool is a great addition, and there’s plenty of room in the property. Salvatore and Mary were great, Salvatore was there to meet us on check in and give a tour of the property. They also own a lovely restaurant nearby that I would highly recommend paying a visit! Would stay again.

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and well-kept allowed our labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was very kind right away. Definitely a place to come back.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

I stayed at Alessia’s place for a long weekend with my two brother’s to celebrate a forthcoming wedding. The place was bigger than I expected with plenty of room for us three. The balconies on both sides of the flat were nice and everything in Gaeta we needed was easily walkable. The communication was really good and I appreciated that Alessia made it possible for us to check in a couple of hours early. I would recommend!

Motorcycle host available and welcoming, the house is perfect for three or four people, it is in the upper part of the hills, quiet and peaceful, has everything you need: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room all equipped with the necessary, fireplace, barbecue and terrace with beautiful views make the stay special! Recommended!

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

The accommodation is very large with 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 with a private bathroom. Anna welcomed us very warmly, with homemade cakes for breakfast and everything you need for breakfast. The exterior is beautiful with the large garden, the swing under the porch and the quiet view. If you love animals, there are chickens, donkeys and their friendly dog who comes to say hello. Satisfied with the short stay, we'll be back with pleasure.

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

The house is very nice, clean and functional. The location is great, right in the center and a stone's throw from a large free parking lot. We had a great time.

Federico's apartment is really very comfortable and well maintained and equipped, in a convenient location right in the center of the village, definitely recommended!

We discovered a beautiful location, full of history and culture. Although it is a small town, Isola del Liri offers a wide range of clubs of all kinds, and I would say even imaginative. Great food, very nice people with whom we immediately established friendly relationships. Just below the apartment is La Proseccheria, a delightful romantic spot where we enjoyed excellent aperitifs in the company of the friendly owners. The apartment, perfect for a couple, is cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts. We'll be back!

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!
