Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Italy

Siamo tornati in questo alloggio per il ponte di carnevale dopo l'ottima esperienza durante le vacanze natalizie e siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti. Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Box a poche decine di metri, un po' scomodo l'accesso per auto di grandi dimensioni, ma utilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

I was traveling solo and this space was perfect. Excellent location; excellent price. Very communicative host. Gorgeous courtyard.

Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Innenstadt und alle Museen/Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab einen Lieferdienst und Restaurants um die Ecke. Ebenso 3 Supermärkte! Top, einfach Top! Danke Alessandra!

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Angelina非常热心非常有趣,用心的告诉我们房间的使用须知以及Wi-Fi连接，还有美食推荐。房间在山上，如果有大件行李的话需要先找到运输行李的公司运输,否则拿着行李上的谁会比较费劲. 除此之外，房间的阳台非常的平静漂亮，早上起来喝一杯咖啡非常的惬意，向大家推荐这里。

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Casale a dir poco stupendo! Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Sara et Matteo. Il est très agréable et lumineux et correspond parfaitement aux photos.

We loved the location. The market was awesome, it was an easy walk to the marina, and the place has loads of charm!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

If you’re on the fence about booking this space for your time in Venice—don’t be! It is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it peaceful, but it was central to all of the different divisions/neighborhoods of Venice. Also, the hosts went above and beyond to help us tourists figure out the island. Mauro was an excellent host. His hospitality was wonderful and endearing. The view from the patio is incredible. The whole stay was incredibly relaxing, my friend and I got the best sleep scores ever, it was quiet, majestic with the lake and mountains and overall a cozy space. La Lanterna is definitely the place to go for dinner, it's not on the lake but amazing food, service and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our time in March, but during the summer it must be even more of an experience with the lake and ferry all right there. The water is refreshing and crystal clear. We had no issues speaking English at the local restaurants and shops. We plan to go back!

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Giorgio est un hôte très sympathique et réactifs. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d’une climatisation. La plage et le centre ville sont accessibles à pied et il y a un parking gratuit à 15 minutes de l’appartement. L’endroit est calme et près de la côte. Giorgio était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et habite juste dans l’appartement d’à côté. Nous recommandons ce airbnb!

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

The apartment is in a central location in Como, making transportation easy and convenient. The furnishings were new, well-organized, and clean. The kitchen was especially impressive — very functional, spotless, and fully equipped. Communication with Fabio was fast and smooth. The Wi-Fi signal was initially weak, but the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the central location. Thank you, Fabio, for your warm hospitality and quick support. We would definitely recommend!
