Very clean and modern accommodation with a sensational view over the beautiful Calabrian surroundings. Daniela and Pietro are charming hosts and easy to reach for any questions. Upon arrival, a delicious apple pie and a good wine were already waiting for us, and honey, jam, cereals and fresh eggs from the chicken coop were waiting for our first breakfast. The fruit that grows around the house is delicious and definitely worth trying. The peace and quiet in the mountains is priceless, and it's wonderful to read a book in the shade of the olive trees. Badolato is just a quick drive away, or you can treat yourself to a walk through the beautiful vegetation and steep terraces. The crystal-clear pool water will give you the necessary kick of freshness during warm days. We love that place and extended our stay because we already felt home after seconds. The apartment is beautiful, superbly furnished and perfectly prepared. She had even baked a cake for us, water and a bottle of sparkling wine were waiting for us in the fridge. Something special is the large, well-kept garden with different seating options. Stefania was very friendly and always available. It doesn't get any better than that. 100% recommendation.

Thank you for a very nice stay. Alessandro was very helpful and communicative. We used his restaurant recommendations, to which we returned several times. The cottage was exceptionally clean and in addition beautiful views and sunsets from the garden. Next to it is a climatic olive grove. Our dog and we felt at ease in the well-fenced garden. The electric gate and private parking were very convenient.

The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Maria Antonietta's accommodations are exactly as described and the large olive grove in which the building is immersed is fantastic to be able to leave our dog free while we were in the accommodation. We noticed the noises and voices coming from other accommodations, but only because we're used to being in the countryside. I think the sound insulation is equivalent to that of any condominium apartment. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely return to Maria Antonietta!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

It has been a pleasure to stay in Villa Giacomo. The house is big, clean and it has everything you need, the pool is amazing and always clean . Personally, I highly recommend Villa Giacomo for who wants to spend nice time in pool, on the beach, surrounded by the nature and a strategic point to visit others places in Sicily. the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

We were 14 people and the host accommodated us in large and comfortable rooms. He explained to us where to go and what to do in the area in great detail. We were well taken care of and the host was also very responsive on the phone. The property is located among the hills of Umbria and is surrounded by a beautiful countriside, but with an easy access to Todi. The location is very peaceful and we had a wonderful, relaxing time, living la dolce vita!

Claudine is a fantastic host! She warmly welcomed us upon arrival and patiently waited for us, which we really appreciated. She also shared some great recommendations for exploring the area. The location is perfect—just a short walk to a well-stocked supermarket, a charming coffee shop, and a delicious bakery. We visited during the low season, so it was very peaceful and quiet; while some restaurants were closed, it didn’t affect our experience at all. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.

Great lodge, lots of space, well equipped kitchen. A lot of good restaurants, a great pastry shop and small but high quality wineries at walking distance. Great place to stay if you want to explore the region!

We've been there for the second time and look forward to the third time;)

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is great, especially if you're planning to travel by train. I was able to visit many towns in the region this way, as well as explore Ancona itself. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Letizia’s apartment! Her mom gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, and Letizia was always super responsive and full of great tips throughout our stay. The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the old city center. Plus, the place itself has such a great vibe—cozy, comfortable, and full of charm.

Everything is fine, great apartment, especially quiet location, only the hot water boiler in the bathroom would need explanation, because on the last day there was no hot water.
