Condo vacation rentals in Italy

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Very great area that is perfectly connected. I have been to Rome several times and would always stay at Jochen's place. The neighborhood is really great, you can get to the bus super fast to go downtown, has shops, bars and great cafes right on the piazza around the corner - Testaccio is a real dream! In the apartment, everything was also in order and clean :)

Daniela met us at the Piazza and walked us to the AirBnb while showing us around the area. She recommended some amazing restaurants and bakeries and suggestions on using public transport. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was at the perfect location close to the Piazza with not too many steps . Even though the streets are busy, you don't hear the noise inside.

We had a nice stay in the heart of the nice Navigli neighborhood. Everything was available for a comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed was also fine. Do bring earplugs to sleep well, the sound of people going out and passing trams is quite loud.

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Celeste was a lovely host and attentive to us. The accommodation is very well located, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and suited to our needs. there was a peeler and a fine-hole strainer, as well as effective kitchen knives. There were herbal teas and ground coffee for Italian coffee makers. The bathroom is also comfortable and there were all the products like soap, shampoo, moisturizer in a nice container. For the sensitive: the curtains on the windows are not opaque but it suited us. During our stay, we heard the neighbors a little. The atmosphere of the place suited us very well.

Accommodation perfectly as advertised. Thoughtful and very responsive owner. The pizzas da Luca to take away right next door absolutely delicious. Just note that without a car the journey to Venice is a little long (bus then Tram or train) and that with small children it can be a little complicated. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The proposed apartment is great: very clean, well arranged and spacious. There is plenty to make coffee, the terraces are nice and Edouardo is an available and generous host. The location is convenient on foot 15 minutes from the Duomo and with the possibility of dining on foot as well. Eduardo recommended nice places for dinner! The accommodation is very clean! It is located on the road so a little car noise but it's not disturbing at all (while I'm usually sensitive to noise) because it's high . Eduardo is also kind to provide quiescent balls! There is a supermarket a 5-minute walk away which is very convenient. I felt at home thanks to Eduardo's availability. I highly recommend!ideal for a couple or family!

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more! It's spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. The location is fantastic—just a short two-block walk to the sea and situated in a safe area, although too noisy in the early morning hours. Maurizio was an outstanding host, always communicative and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place in Minori

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!

The place is beautiful. You can only reach by car. It has a very nice view of the lake and the mountains around it. The house is very comfortable. Just like the photos

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

Lovely place to which every day it was great to come back, close to the town and train station. Very nice hosts, ready to help with any situation with a high level of communication. Definitely worth recommending.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

The view of Lake Maggiore is beautiful. A big plus is the well-kept pool. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

Elena was a cozy and accommodating host. The location of her structure is really sheltered. The window of the apartment overlooks the sea directly, giving you a breathtaking view. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need, especially in the bathroom. I thank the host so much for having arranged for his guests to use a parking space in the garage, as Varigotti is difficult to park, but easy to reach on foot from the apartment enjoying a promenade walk

Great new place and very nice hosts! The 3 apartments are still very new, the complex and pool are great. We had very good weather and the place was just perfect. Very quiet location, but you can walk to all attractions. Lucia and family were exceptionally nice, but still very discreet. We stayed there with our 1.5 year old daughter, baby bed etc. was perfectly provided. I'm sure we'll be back!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Mario's AirBnB has a great location, it was very close to the two vila's we wanted to visit (Vila Carlotta and Vila del Balbianello), so there was no hassle with ferries etc. in the morning. We also very much loved the beautiful view from the balcony, on the mountains and Lake Como. The kitchen was very well equipped and the sofa bed was comfortable. However, the biggest plus of the AirBnB was Mario himself! He kindly picked us up from the ferry port in Tremezzo and even gave us a ride to Vila del Balbianello the day we left! He was also very responsive via text and gave us great tips! Would highly recommend!
