Great host, very responsive. The house was beautiful and full of fun activities for the kids. One of the cleanest houses we’ve ever stayed in. Host had everything you would need available at the house, well thought through and organized.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

Cottage was cozy & comfortable. The lake is a beautiful place for kayaking, and really ideal for the marsh creek triathlon! Thanks Genine & Mike for a lovely stay.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

We had a great weekend with our friends and the four of our kids under 5. Endless amount of activities on-site for kids and adults in a peaceful, wooded setting which is exactly what we were looking for. We appreciate the guides and the responsiveness of the hosts. In addition the house was very clean, well kept, and stocked with appliances and above-and-beyond extras, which we appreciated.

Fantastic private backyard where we saw deer every day, enjoyed reading books, and relaxed around the fire pit. Excellent hiking and walking nearby, and lots of trails to explore. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house truly felt like a getaway!

The experience at Chestnut Tree Lodge was nothing short of extraordinary! When we stepped inside, we were greeted by a picturesque interior that was equal parts inviting and IG-able! I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb property that felt more like my home than my own home. HA! Nate’s place was great! Check-in was easy and the house was gorgeous. It’s tucked away enough to be quiet from the street but not hard to find. Appreciated Nate’s responsiveness and flexibility and would stay again if I found myself in the area!

Had a great stay

We visited Stefanie’s beatiful place while staying near Princeton for two months. The house was spacious and suitable for our family of two adults and 3- and 5-year old children. There was a playground in walking distance which was nice and many place worth visiting in short driving distance. I can warmly recommend the place even for such longer stays and for families with kids.

Jason's home was the perfect place for my extended family to spend quality time together. The bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious, allowing everyone privacy when they want it. And the common areas are large with ample seating, providing plenty of space to gather as a group. Jason is an incredibly thoughtful host; he communicated proactively and responded quickly to all of our questions. I highly recommend Jason's home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

My wife and I stayed here for a month. The house was exactly as described, it is clean and well kept. We loved the rural feel of the location, its private and surprisingly quiet, you really don’t hear the highway, especially when sitting on the back deck listening to the stream. There is a lot to do in the area as well.

John was a wonderful host. He was so helpful during my initial inquiries and any questions throughout booking. Check-in was a breeze and he was very accommodating. John's home was the perfect fit for our group. The combination of beds was perfect for a combination of single adults and couples. That is not always easy to find. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry all fully stocked to meet our needs and the very personal feeling and special touches truly gave us a home to enjoy. Area was beautiful and we enjoyed delicious food in the Hopewell restaurants. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Carlos’s place is great 👍 sparkling clean and new stuff with high technology. Lots of good furnitures, big TVs. Nice big shower head… Carlos is a very nice host. Very responsive, easy to communicate, always available when you need help.

Our family (2 adults and 3 young adult children) had a wonderful stay! We've stayed in many Airbnbs in Princeton and this one is one of the best! The location is close to campus and Nassau Street yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The family/living room has a large, comfortable sectional that could easily be used for more sleeping space. Our favorite thing about the kitchen was the coffee machine! It made delicious coffee. Sara is a gracious host and helped troubleshoot a wrinkle we had in the beginning when checking in - the keypad didn't work (the battery was low). Instead, Sara had us access her home through the garage. While we were out of the house, she stopped by and changed the battery. Everything worked well after that! Because we rented during Princeton's Reunions and Graduation, it was very expensive (as were all the other rentals!), but we would rent again during another time of year. It's a lovely home!

Gorgeous home, beautifully decorated with comfortable spots to hang out. Inside it is definitely one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, and while it is on a busy street/no sidewalk, you can access the towpath and in just a few minutes be in downtown Stockton which is small but has several great restaurants and stores.

The home was perfect for our family of 5. Location was super convenient and home was very cute and comfortable with plenty of space for our older teen children to have their own space. House was clean and had anything we needed. We didn’t need to contact the host but she reached out and seemed readily available if we should need her.

If you're looking for a place to get ready for wedding in- this is it ladies!! The house is set up perfectly and the inside decor- BEAUTIFUL. The full length mirror in the nice living room was such a perfect place for photos!! House was as listed and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! Would totally stay here again!!

After a long, stressful day we arrived at Zachary's apartment. I walked through the kitchen and saw the deck and the river view through the glass doors and windows and immediately felt better. We were soon on the deck with glasses of wine, thoroughly enjoying the tree cover and the wonderful view. As twilight arrived, the lights on the bridge and from houses across the river reflected on the water. That first evening, we walked a block to Pru Thai (highly recommended!), then returned to the apartment. What a lovely, comfortable nest - much brighter in the afternoon than it looks in the photos. Our friend loved having his own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The location was so convenient for our exploration of Lambertville and New Hope on foot the next day. We almost didn't choose this airbnb after reading that the backyard wouldn't be available to us. I'm so happy that we decided to reserve our stay. The deck makes this my favorite airbnb of all. We look forward to our next stay!

Spent 3 days here as a retreat and reconnect for 3 lifetime friends from different areas of the country. What a fabulous and perfect place!! The yard next to the creek with the hot tub was a zen garden for us. Spent most of our time there. And the towns of Lambertville, New Hope and Frenchtown were charming and perfect for leisurely milling around together. Enjoyed a lovely walk on the towpath, as well.

My family attended a wedding in New Hope. The farmhouse was a hidden gem! Check-in was easy and the farmhouse was clean, well stocked and full of charm. It was a perfect place for a family gathering. The patio offered a great outdoor space to gather and have a BBQ. Inside there was plenty of space in the kitchen and sun room to relax. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds and the bathrooms were pristine. Aidan was a wonderful host. Available 24/7 to answer questions and help. It was a true pleasure working with him!

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.
