Pj’s place met our expectations. Beautiful location. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony! Had a great family vacation! Will be back again!

The condo was perfect for our needs, in a lovely area, clean, with everything we needed for the meals we prepared there. Having the recreation center available to us with its indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool was an added bonus. We didn't have time to take advantage of other offerings there for fun and exercise. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was my first experience using airbnb. Brooke was very prompt in answering all of my questions and I can highly recommend booking a stay at one of her locations.

Really enjoyed our stay. A great, spacious, very clean, & nicely decorated area. Well stocked with towels, kitchen items, bathroom items. Would love to stay here again. I though we got a great deal! Sherry is A+ as a host!!!

Check in procedures were well described & easy to do! Place was easy to locate with friendly staff entire stay! Room was clean & exactly as described! Couldn’t be happier with stay and definitely would visit again!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Atlantic Beach! Grice, our host has a beautiful convenient place with fun amenities and a very short walk to the beach! He was very helpful and fast to respond if we needed any info! The local restaurants were yummy and a short distance from our condo. There were places we could even walk to! The furniture and beds are a little outdated but the condo is very cute and in a good location. It was easy to get in and the front desk people were very polite. The outdoor pool wasn’t open, that would have been nice to know before, but over all it was a nice getaway.

Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

We loved this sweet little cottage. We were in town for a wedding and came in a day early just to relax and enjoy Oriental. The cottage was conveniently located for walking in to the village for coffee, to the New Village Brewery for a drink, and to a sweet spot under the trees along the river. We also walked to a fantastic dinner at Gretchen’s Bistro. The front porch of the cottage was great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on this peaceful street. The cottage had everything we needed plus several little touches (like some popcorn and bottles of water) and a nice Welcome Book. We hope to return to Oriental someday, and we will certainly stay at Glenda’s cottage.

Great stay, can’t emphasize enough! Location - tucked away in a private, quiet street, easy 3min walk to beach access. Host Matt - very responsive and accommodating, so easy to deal with. Truly appreciated how clean and well equipped their entire home was - kitchen clean and well stocked, carried everything we needed to make our brunch/picnics. While we packed everything we needed for our toddler, we really didn’t need too, lots of games, books and outside toys! Appreciated the fenced yard, our dog had a blast. And we enjoyed our evenings downstairs - lots of space to sit down for a meal, enjoy the hammock, and play a game of corn hole :) Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

Great beach access…the unit was very clean. Had a view of ocean and felt safe in neighborhood. Was not but a block or two from shops. Overall thought unit was a little larger but it was sufficient for the 3 of us. We had a nice time!

Place was clean, had a great location, and great for a large group stay for multiple days. No complaints.

Hilda was very helpful and responsive. Her home was perfect for our family vacation, we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. The beach access is a short walk across the street. The home was very comfortable to stay in, a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hilda!

I absolutely loved our stay! the views are incredible! You can see the bay and ocean from inside the house. So many fun activities around the area and the walk to the beach couldn’t have been closer or easier! Can’t wait to go back! David is a wonderful host and his house is the perfect beach getaway!

The condo was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Quiet and close to the beach.

The setting is stunning--up on a bluff overlooking the Neuse River, with a great view of sunsets and a dock for fishing, chillin' or launching her kayaks. The cottage is quirky and authentic and a fun place to spend a few days. It's cozy in a comforting way and has everything you need. If you're looking for something a little remote, with a great, peaceful view, to get away and be alone for a father-son/mother-daughter break, or to hunker down with friends or your significant other, this is it.

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

The place was very clean and nice! It is a little hard to find with all the buildings if you are not paying attention to where you going. this was the perfect place for me and my bf to go. The beach is like a five minute walk from the house.

We enjoyed our stay. Terri and David’s place had everything we needed and the view of the marina was beautiful. We would return again!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, exploring local beaches and restaurants, as well as to use it as a jump off place to visit Cape Lookout lighthouse. If that interests you, plan ahead and buy ferry tickets the day before. The local beaches were nice, but not a lot of beach, especially at or close to high tide. The condo was nice, beds comfy, easy access to the beach. Used the back deck a lot to enjoy the ocean view, which is limited, but still nice.

We loved staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the convenience of having the dock right off the deck was great. The view was awesome and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

This home and its location were perfect for a “creative retreat“ for seven friends for a week! The living area is large and comfortable, as is the back patio area. There also were smaller spaces for each of us to have a bit of privacy and work if we wished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and the open floor plan with the living area made it easy for us to be preparing food and also socializing with one another. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable, and the marina and the beach are nearby. Robin was a great host, and this is a lovely home!
