The space
Our circa 1925 villa is a self contained oasis and the best priced pool home in the River District.
Large parking area for work trucks, several cars, and a boat.
The Parsonage Fort Myers, is located in busy downtown Fort Myers.
We offer 3 plus day stays.

The Parsonage is located next to the Lab Theater within an eight minute stroll to downtown. We are not at the beach. That is a 45 minute drive-depending on season.
Across the street is The Wisteria Tearoom and The Shoppe Around The Corner.
We are also within walking distance to the library, The Butterfly Estates, The Thrifty Garden, DAS gallery, Bullig, Remedies

Parlour...so many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Our private back garden is fenced and gated. There you will find your own private pool and spa. We are perfect for a family vacation.
It’s a 4 minute walk to the library and an 8 minute walk to Izzy's. This is not a country location, we are located in the heart of Fort Myers River District, where the shops, restaurants and bars are located.

In season, there is the free trolley and Uber/Lyft is always available.
The airport is a 20 minute drive-depending on season
Jet Blue Park is a 25 minute drive-depending on season

The federal and county courthouse is a 10 minute walk.
The baseball fields for Senior league, high school, and college ball is less then 10 minutes away.
The beaches are 25-45 minutes drive -depending on season and traffic-and the spring training Red Sox is 25 minutes away.

Upon booking, we require an acknowledgment of house rules and a copy of the booking guest ID-homeowners insurance.
WE DO NOT PERMIT AIRBNB SERVICES AT OUR HOME. NO PRIVATE/PUBLIC SERVICES ARE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY. WE MUST ADHERE TO OUR STRICT HOMEOWNERS POLICY AND STATE AND LOCAL LAWS REGARDING EVENTS AND BUSINESSES WITHIN OUR LOCALITY.

We have a Keurig coffee maker, DynaTrap outdoor bug trap, 2 Winix air purifiers, and a WiFi extender in the primary bedroom.
For your safety and security, we have outdoor security cameras located in the back pool area, the parking area, and front door area.
We sanitize our home after each guest.
This is why we have a two day window between occupancy.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a residential, busy city avenue. We walk to everything in Fort Myers. We are next door to the Laboratory Theatre. The teashop is across the street and two small shops are less then 2 minutes away.
Just leave your auto in the driveway and head downtown.
We are in the city but, our street has some of the oldest houses in Fort Myers.
Please be aware we are in the River District not the beach.
Also, events need a separate agreement and fees apply.
