David's Place was perfect for our crew. They stayed here to work. During their stay, they enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy. David was a great host and made sure our crew was doing well during our stay. I would recommend this place for large group and family vacation.

We’re a family of 3 adults vacationing for 2 weeks. This house is situated in the perfect location for us. Close to many restaurants, shopping and conveniences but nestled in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. The backyard is private and has everything to catch rays, soak or swim and hangout. The house is cozy, open and comfortable. Very well stocked and well maintained overall. Some items could be fresher like area rugs but loads of towels, kitchen supplies and other necessities. Alex was quick with replies and very accommodating. We loved our stay and we are coming back!

We were 3 adult couples with 2 infants so we certainly needed space. There was plenty of room and having the backyard with the heated pool and spa was quite awesome. One of the bathrooms had a nice walk in shower and was beautifully updated. The other one was certainly clean and functional but an upgrade there would be helpful. Patrick was responsive and helpful. I mentioned that the closest beach was very crowded and pricey for renting chairs and umbrellas and the next day he went and bought 4 chairs and an umbrella for us to help us along I thought that was a very kind gesture. Beautiful and safe neighborhood people are out walking their dogs or jogging at all hours. Quiet and restful and just really beautiful to be there

This is an incredible home that accommodates a large group of people on the island of Captiva. The amenities were very comfortable. We were able to make dinners together and then walk to the main street of Captiva to enjoy some local cuisine. We got married on this trip and this place was amazing to bring family together for this event.

Milly's rental home was the get away we needed right before the holidays! Nice and quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping and restaurants, close to the airport, relaxing atmosphere, and an amazing hot tub to enjoy the cool nights!Comfortable bedrooms with lots of closet room, kitchen with everything you need and more! Easy access to the internet and TVs all easy to use. Also, Milly is a good host! We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything that we needed. We especially appreciated the heated pool and hot tub being clean and ready to use!

The house was very roomy and clean, we loved the hot tub, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a bit of a drive to do things, but not horrible at all. We would stay again!

Thanks for a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Hot tub was great, especially given the cooler weather. Dorian had great communication. The pack and play and high chair were nice amenities for traveling with an infant. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

This newly remodeled rental had everything we needed for our recent visit. You will be centrally located near both Del Prado Blvd and Pine island Rd which are the main roads for the Cape. We enjoyed exploring nature trails and dog parks as well as restaurants and bars. Would rent again!

We traveled to Florida for family Christmas and stayed at Liliya’s place and it was perfect. The exterior was adorable and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms were clean, tidy, and comfy! The kitchen was amazing! Clean, clutter free, and had everything we needed. Overall, the space was wonderful for our family. Would recommend staying at Liliya’s if you are ever in the area and need a house for the family!
