This apartment is full of original 1923 charm that makes it a very inviting place to stay. You get the historic charm with all the modern designs and in the Heart of the City. It is on the second story, and is perfect for gathering around the cozy living room. Ava also has fun colorful kitchen! All within walking distance to Uptown 23rd and the Paseo Arts District and 5-10 min. ride to Downtown, OU Medical and Bricktown. Equipped with wi-fi, smart TV, Laundry and parking. Hope you love it.

This listing is for an upstairs apartment in a boutique historic apartment building with 8 total units. Split 4 units in 400 and 4 in 402. All areas of the apartment have all new modern furnishings. (If you don’t love historic properties and the quirks that come with the charm then please ask us any question of concerns before booking)

Other things to note
The Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar and basic cooking utensils.

Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay.

Guest staying 7 days or more will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.

On occasion when we can allow guests to have an early check in we do charge by the hour.

2 pm check in is $10
1 pm check in is $20

*this must be paid up front before allowing early access and must be arranged and approved prior to the day of check-in.

We do allow pets upon approval and charge a $25 pet fee per pet.

Everything you need a 10 minute ride.
