This apartment is full of energy with a Palm Springs vibe that makes it a very inviting place to stay. A modern design in the Heart of the Paseo Arts District, which has recently become a hot spot for great food, bars, art and shops. A short walk to Uptown 23rd, a 5-10 min. ride to Downtown, OU Medical, The Plaza, Chesapeake Arena and Bricktown. A modern, cozy and comfy space to relax after a fun filled day or a long work day in the City. Wi-fi, smart TV, Laundry and parking.

The space
This listing is for a downstairs unit in a newly renovated boutique apartment building called The ACE Paseo. All areas of the apartment have all new modern furnishings, perfect for a work trip or a fun getaway. It's in the heart of the Paseo Arts district that has become a hot spot for art, food, shops and bars. A great spot to walk to dinner at one of our favorite places in the neighborhood. (see neighborhood for recommendations and we have plenty in our stay booklet)

Guests have access to the entire unit, off street parking, their own in unit laundry and full kitchen.

Other things to note
The Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar and basic cooking utensils.

Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay.

The unit is equipped with all new modern furniture and a memory foam mattress and central heat and air to keep you comfortable.

Guest staying 7 days or more will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc) once they have used the complimentary essentials
provided at the beginning of their stay.

On occasion when we can allow guests to have an early check in we do charge by the hour.

2 pm check in is $10
1 pm check in is $20

*this must be paid up front before allowing early access and must be arranged and approved prior to the day of check-in.

We do allow pets upon approval and charge a $25 pet fee per pet.

If we have knowledge of a pet without being previously notified you will be charge a $100 fee no questions asked
and any additional cost associated with.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PHOTO SHOOTS OR PHOTO SESSIONS WITHOUT GETTING WRITTEN APPROVAL AS THIS IS NOT A STUDIO. IF WE SEE OR SUSPECT THIS IS GOING ON YOU WILL BE CHARGED A STUDIO RATE OF $500 ON TOP OF YOU RATE AND YOU’LL BE ASKED TO SHUT DOWN AND LEAVE.

Located in central OKC in the center of the Paseo Arts District where you can walk to many great food spots, shops and art such as Oso for amazing tacos and cocktails, Gun Izakaya for travel inspired food from Japan and across the States, Frida Southwest for a great mix of southwest foods and drinks and The Daley and for pizza, Sauced is a must., And walking distances to Uptown 23rd, the Asian District, and a short distance from Penn Square Mall, OU Health Science Center, OU Medical for those of you that might be working or coming in for interviews or residency stays. 5-10 minute ride to downtown where you will find the Chesapeake Arena that host the NBA's OKC Thunder team and the Cox Convention Center, and the infamous Bricktown District and Water Park and Boat Houses. The hip Plaza District and Mid-town is a 5 min ride. A perfect location to hit up anywhere in OKC within a 5-10 minute ride.
