Welcome to this cozy, spacious & conveniently located suite with its own private entrance in downtown Franklin. Just 2 blocks from Main Street Franklin, you will be nestled back in a beautiful carriage house just off of the gorgeous 4th avenue. You can Stroll to your favorite stores and restaurants or take a bike ride around this adorable town. The property has a quaint entrance that is well lit with a small courtyard and firepit. This 2 bedroom retreat Sleeps 4. (king & Queen pull out)

The space
Upon entering the downstairs there is a welcome area with extensive information about the Franklin area, a welcome book and all information that you will need for your stay in the Suite. This entrance room and a TV and very cozy & comfortable living area. The main studio upstairs is very spacious with a full kitchen, large bathroom, living room, dining area and laundry room. All items necessary are included for you to use in the kitchen. You can enjoy coffee and tea all day with your very own Coffee Bar.

You will have the entire space to yourself. Upon entering the courtyard you will use your private code to access the Studio Apartment.
