Fully renovated and designed for relaxation, Sonoma Vineyard House is your peaceful getaway in nature’s beauty. Only 1 hour from San Francisco.

The space
Experience the best of Sonoma Wine Country on 2 acres of picturesque land. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, large family room, and plenty of outdoor fun. Enjoy a private pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, basketball hoop, and kids’ gaming room. Take a leisurely bike ride or stroll through nearby vineyards, this is the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. Starlink WiFi provides fast and stable internet so you can work while you play. The pool is available to be heated for an additional $100/day. Please let us know ahead of time if pool heating is desired.

Guest access
You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire property during your visit, including full use of the pool, hot tub, and all outdoor amenities. We won’t be on-site, so you can relax with complete privacy.

For your convenience, the home is equipped with an electronic lock. Airbnb will send you your personal entry code prior to arrival, and the code is securely reset after each stay.

Other things to note
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the rules below. Sonoma County actively enforces these regulations, and we kindly ask for your full cooperation so we can remain in good standing with both the county and our neighbors.
• Maximum Guests: 8 people (children under 3 are not included).
• Vehicles: Up to 4 cars allowed on site.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM.
• Music: No amplified or outdoor music, including small speakers or phones.
• Parties/Gatherings: Not permitted.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Decor: Please do not use tape, adhesives, or affix anything to walls or ceilings.
• Pool and Hot Tub: Close at 9pm. Keep pool and hot tub covered when not in use to maintain heat and cleanliness. Never walk on the pool cover. Supervise children at all times near the pool and hot tub. Max temperature for hot tub should not exceed 102°F.
• Pool Heat: Available upon request for $100/day. Please let us know in advance if you’d like it heated for your stay.
• Fireplaces: For decoration only — do not light.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home.

If a fine is issued due to noncompliance, it will be the responsibility of the booking guest to pay the fine(s). If the above rules are not followed, host holds the right to issue a penalty up to $1,000 per stay + additional cleaning or upkeep needs.

HOLIDAYS have two night minimum stays.

If the home is left in an unsatisfactory condition, guests will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for cleaning, replacement of broken items, painting, and/or other vendor services necessary to return the home to the same condition as upon arrival.
