The house is located on a peninsula so the views are great from just about every room in the house. You can enjoy a walk by the lake or go fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking or just hangout at the large pool. Its location makes it a great get away that is still located in the city. It is near the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use. The house has the BEST SPOT TO WATCH JULY 4TH FIRE WORKS. The fire work show is right in front of you.
