Padre Dreams Villa is a cozy one bedroom condo at the Beach Club Condominiums on beautiful North Padre Island. This 1st floor condo is a perfect location for any couple or small family looking to get away for a week or a month. The unit overlooks a serene private stocked pond with a beautiful gazebo on one side and just steps to the heated community pool and hot tub. Padre Dreams is a short walk to the beach where you can have some fun in the sun and experience breathtaking sunrises.

The space
Padre Dreams Villa comes with a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen size sofa bed in the living room and a roll away bed. 50" Fire TV in the living room and a 32" Smart Roku TV in the bedroom. Villa offers high speed WiFi internet and cable. A full size walk in closet that will provide plenty of space for all your vacation items. There is a full size restroom with a tub/shower combo which comes with plenty of bath towels and linens for each guest. Kitchen comes completely furnished with everything you need to cook a great meal, including all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and small electric appliances. Washer and Dryer is also available in the unit for those who wish to do laundry during their stay or prior to leaving. If there is something specific you would like to request, please don't hesitate to ask! We are here to provide you with a memorable and relaxing vacation that will bring you back over and over.

Other things to note
There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the condo or patio area. This includes any illegal substance, cigarettes, and vaping. If evidence of smoking is found, the security deposit will be forfeited.
