The treehouse is located on 40 acres, however we do have neighbors. The neighbors use the same road on the property to enter/exit the property.

The treehouse is on 40 acres of forest; therefore, wildlife sightings are possible. Please be respectful of wildlife, maintain a safe distance, and do not feed or disturb wildlife. Also, possibility of spiders, mosquitoes etc.

The water supply for the treehouse is via a well so water pressure can vary.

The treehouse is on a septic system so please do NOT throw coffee grounds down the drain, please put in trash.

NO animals/pets or children allowed.

You may meet Juniper, a small black dog that lives on the neighbor's property. She is a very sweet pup, we ask that you do NOT bring her inside the tree house.

For your safety, please follow all posted requirements for the hanging bridge: two persons maximum on the bridge at all times. No climbing. No jumping. No running. No horse play. Use at your own risk.

For your safety, read the posted hot tub rules. No Glass! Cover hot tub after each use, especially overnight or when raining etc., otherwise you may incur additional cleaning fees. Use at your own risk.

Loft area/stairs use at your own risk.

There are exterior security cameras throughout the property for safety purposes as the property is on 40 acres and we host remotely. We are very close to green river game lands so we have regular wildlife activity.

Bears, black in frequently visit the property. By infrequent I mean 1-2 times a year they show up on the cameras. As a species they are generally afraid of humans, and generally disburse when they hear you coming. If you do see a bear, you are lucky! Just stand still and enjoy or make noise to scare them off. Do not run! Do not feed or leave food out for the bears. Bears are afraid of humans because of their perceived risk/reward. Human food will reverse this mentality and create a curious and/or aggressive bear. For your safety and other, DO NOT FEED THE BEARS!

Level 2 Tesla charge available across from the bridge entrance. In town there are also two EV chargers, one pay station through EV connect at the Marathon gas station and a free charger in downtown. We also provide a Level 2 nacs charger(Tesla) plus a 20a outlet in the parking area.

I am an adventurous person that loves the outdoors and good food. I went to high school in North Carolina moved to Colorado for a change of mountains and all the outdoor activities. I have a small pack of dogs and one cat. I love to travel, and I try to get out of the country at least once a year. I prefer the path less traveled in life and I've yet to meet a challenge that is unobtainable.
