Great place was there for 7 months so it is like home

This place is a gem. It's a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, there's 0 noise coming from outside, and everything was exactly as pictured/described. There's a full kitchen with everything you could need, extra blankets/storage, PLUS you'll never run into a parking issue :) Grocery store is 3 mins away, and it's less than 10 mins from River Arts/West Asheville/Downtown. Overall, it's the best value you'll find for the location and 700 sq ft is more than enough. You'll forget it's technically a studio :)

I enjoyed my stay. Pierce and Deena were responsive and helpful when I had a problem. They did an enormous amount of work to open two of the wood trails on their property. Pierce took me on the river trail, which I enjoyed very much. It will be interesting to see what nature will create in all these open spaces. The fast internet was a treat, as we don't have internet restored in the area I live. Loved visiting the goats and horses. Very peaceful setting.

Tanya’s place was very clean and exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. It is located in a quiet and safe area. I did mistakenly pull into the neighbor’s driveway (sorry, neighbor) because gps had no signal and it was dark. However, the mailbox does have the number on it, don’t know how I missed it but absolutely my fault! Thank you, Tanya.
