Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Nestled on a quiet street, surrounded by tall trees and a neat cave, your unique Beaver Lake rental awaits.

Perfect for a "Great Outdoors" Family getaway, girls weekend, or a romantic escape. We can be your remote retreat, or your homebase for all the shopping and dining that Rogers, Bentonville and Eureka Springs have to offer.

Play Bocce, cornhole or putt putt while friends & family sit around the fire. Our modern BoHo décor & classic cottage design creates a fun vibe for all!

The space
FEATURES YOU'LL LOVE:
The CAVE! Just a few steps down the hill. Take some insta-worthy pics. And if it rains, don’t fret, the cave doubles as a waterfall! '

The LANDING! Part bridge, part deck, this area sits in front of the Cave and is a great spot to watch for deer or listen to the waterfall after a rain, all while sitting on a rustic rope swing

The SPORT COURT! Our newest addition and another feature that makes LCC the most unique rental on Beaver Lake. The court is 30’ long and a great spot to play corn hole, Bocce, Ladder Golf, Bucket Ball and MORE!

Boat Parking! Our driveway is pull-thru, easy in-easy out. No backing in, no steep climb, and still room for multiple cars

Location! Boat ramps, boat rentals, and slip rentals within 5 minutes. Great breweries, shopping and dining within 20 minutes

* High Speed wi-fi

* Alexa devices. Ask for the weather, play some music, or have her tell you a joke

* Bedside iPhone chargers and sound machines in every room

* Brand name toilet paper (It matters!)

* Beautiful, high end kitchen appliances. Air fryer, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee pot, ice maker. We tried to think of it all!

* Decks for days….FOUR spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Dine, sip & relax outdoors

* Nature. Deer, birds, chipmunks abound. Watch for “Frank the Tank”, our resident armadillo who’s known to come out in the evening, rooting around for grubs and whatnot

INSIDE THE HOUSE:
[Upstairs] The first bedroom (aka the “Boho Den”) is directly to your left upon entering the home. This room is equipped with a Full size memory foam mattress (we get compliments all the time), sliding barn door closet with full length mirror, bedside iPhone chargers and a sound machine. This is the smallest bedroom and does not have a TV. But it’s perfect as a private, cozy spot to get some ZZZ’s during your Cottage stay

The 2nd bedroom (aka “Boho Bunkhouse”) is at the end of the upstairs hallway. A twin loft sits over a new Queen memory foam mattress, with bedside iPhone chargers. The room features ample closet space, a smart TV, and an Amazon Echo for music, etc. This is a larger bedroom and was designed with families in mind. There’s enough room to layout the floor mattress if needed, and this can be a great spot to send the kiddos while the grown ups are downstairs socializing

The upstairs bathroom is just off the hallway, and has a tub & shower combo

[DOWNSTAIRS] Enter thru the Kitchen, which opens up to the living/dining area. Cedar beams on the vaulted ceilings provide a dreamy, warm cottage vibe. Wall to wall windows allow tons of natural light in, and the sliding doors open up to the deck, where you can kick back and enjoy a glass of wine, surrounded by nature. Note: the wood burning fireplace is not available for guest use.

The Master Suite is just off the living area. It features a 14” King mattress, private bathroom with shower, bedside tables with iPhone chargers, and an Alexa for tunes and white noise

OUTSIDE THE HOUSE:
The main deck features a full size dining table, propane fire pit, Weber propane grill and plenty of seating, including a cozy double hammock and built in bench

A few steps from the deck is a natural stone fire pit, and several Adirondack chairs

THE CAVE is accessible by walking down the slope behind the house. It's not deep enough to be scary, but plenty big for a group to hang out in. We've upgraded the steps, but the path down can be a little slick, so please be careful. ALSO NOTE: visit the cave at your own risk! LCC is not responsible for accidents in, around, or getting to the cave. And PLEASE do not allow anyone in your party to play above the cave, which is essentially a cliff

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
LCC sleeps 8-9 comfortably, depending on age & size. There are 4 comfortable beds (King, Queen, Full, twin) and a Japanese floor mattress for overflow. If you have a party of 10, feel free to message us...the couch could be used as another sleeping option

ADULT STAYS: 3 couples/6 adults would be super comfortable here, with a King, Queen and Full bed in separate rooms (2 per bed). A 4th couple could use the floor mattress (provided) and/or an air mattress (not provided) and stay in the larger 2nd bedroom as well

FAMILY STAYS: Two families of 4 would be comfortable here. The Master and 1st Bedroom would be ideal for adults, and the larger 2nd Bedroom might be best used as a bunkhouse for the younger ones, utilizing the floor mattress. You could make it work with a 3rd couple, but somebody’s gonna be sleeping with the kids in the bunkhouse! We have a pack n play and high chair on site.
