Welcome to the bucolic countryside: enjoy bird-watching, outdoor fires, tree swings, horseshoe pit, yard Yahtzee, feed the ducks & geese, pick berries/flowers, have a yoga/meditation session on the workout platform, encounter the sounds and sights of coyotes, barred owls, horses, trains, donkeys, laughing children, or just the sound of your own heartbeat as you lay in the hammock outdoors.

The space
This 100-year-old stacked log cabin was saved from demolition, moved, renovated & set in the quiet countryside. Less than 15" to the Texas Renaissance Festival, Berhnardt's Winery, great shopping, concerts & sporting events! Just a 45 minute drive to the Woodlands or Bryan/College Station, 20" to the State Park, 10" to the National Forest, 10 minutes to Lake Conroe, 1' to Houston proper and it's the PERFECT place to just hang and enjoy the peace and quiet.

GUIDED FISHING TRIPS available for additional charge and hosted by local legend and author for DockLine magazine! (Ask for availability when you book your trip)

Guests have access to the tiny house cabin, and all of its amenities which are encompassed on a 5-acre plot of land inside a security gate. Also on property are OWNER'S art home (The Lowery Art House Montgomery) and Property Manager's separate home.

Other things to note
Geese and ducks live on property -- animals must be LEASHED.

Our only RULE is for you to have a FANTASTIC time and enjoy yourselves!

I have the best time meeting new friends and finding ways to help them make their trip memorable. I provide a healthy list of extra things to view/experience within the area of this site. We are available to help you book guided fishing trips, private massages, trips to local events, local vineyard tours, historical sites within a short driving distance, share our knowledge of the best breakfast tacos, flame-cooked local burgers, local farmer's markets, etc. There is even a drive-in movie theater (about 20 miles out). Please never hesitate to ask for assistance, my goal is to make this a memorable and exciting location for you and yours to visit over and over again and to feel proud to share with your friends!
