Beachside ground floor 2 bedroom /2 bath hideaway at Beachfront resort featuring 3 pools (1 heated), 2 jacuzzis, tennis court, boardwalk to beach, gas grills poolside, sunbathing decks, and picnic areas. Bldg completed in 1998 - one of newest condo bldgs along the beach. 1 pool next door to bldg with hot tub/grills and short walk to the other pools & boardwalk to the beach with outdoor shower !

The space
This condo unit is located in a beachfront complex in the heart of St Augustine Beach. The condo unit itself is approx. 5 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the unit (if not closer!). Airbnb is having an issue where the mapping is incorrectly stating the distance to the ocean on the listing page, so please disregard that .

Nicely decorated ground floor condo in nice beachside complex ! Far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown St Augustine to have some peace and quiet when needed , but close enough to drive there in 10-15 minutes. Restaurants and shops a quick 5 min drive away ! Beautifully manicured resort style complex . Very tropical with great amenities , multiple pools, hot tubs, gas grills, quick 5 min walk to beach on private community boardwalk. This condo is located beachside of A1A so you don’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach, just walk through the complex and down the beach boardwalk and you’re on the white sand of beautiful St Augustine Beach. Life’s a beach , come and stay with us and enjoy The Good Life St Augustine style !

Guest access
Two bedroom and two full baths with private washer dryer in unit . Nice little patio off the living room . Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal . Clean linens and towels provided . Two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella provided for guest use as well . This is a ground floor unit and is very easy to access which spells out convenience for a great relaxing vacation !

Please no smoking and no pets .

Private washer and dryer in unit

This condo does not have cable but it does have wireless internet and all three Tvs are hooked up via Roku, so you can login to your favorite streaming service . Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime . Please remember to bring your username /password .

A starter pack of laundry detergent , dish soap, dish sponge and also travel size shampoo and conditioner and small bar soap are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests.

Located in a beachfront condo complex, quick walk to beach. Budget friendly yet nicely decorated and CLEAN (we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties) . King in Master bedroom , Queen size bed in second bedroom. Great community amenities , gas grills, hot tubs and nice pools. One pool is heated in winter. Nice private community beach boardwalk with outdoor shower to rinse the sand off your toes after a long day of sea , sun , and saltwater on beautiful St Augustine Beach! Quick 10-15 minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine . You will love this property !
