The space
Larissa is designed to make your travel experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible, with no detail or amenity overlooked. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the living room. The main floor also includes a bedroom with two twin beds, a workspace, and a full bathroom with a shower.

The basement features a poker/roulette/craps table, a large and cozy couch, a smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, and a small bar with a wine fridge.

Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private coffee nook and fridge, and a beautiful view of the pond, complete with a cozy window seat. The master bathroom has a large shower with three shower heads, a deep soaking tub, two sinks, and a private toilet room. There's also a mini-library on this level, with a variety of books, as well as a guest bedroom with a full-size bed and a comfortable reading chair.

The backyard is fully fenced, providing total privacy and a safe place for kids and dogs to play.

Guest access
There is plenty of space in the driveway for 4 vehicles. Guests are not allowed to park in the street at any time. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Other things to note
One of the most unique things about this home is the nearby pond and its accompanying wildlife. Some of the wildlife you can expect to see are guineas, turkeys, geese, and ducks. The birds might come onto the front lawn and porch – so don’t be alarmed if you receive a visit from them during your stay!

The pond and wildlife are very important to us and the neighbors. Please do not feed the wildlife, it disrupts their habits. The pond is privately owned property, so enjoy the views from this side of the street and do not trespass. Violation of these rules can affect the wildlife, property owners, and neighbors – we treat them seriously.

We welcome pets (we have 2 sweet dogs of our own!) and we charge a minimal pet fee. However, we ask that you clean up after your pet, keep them in a kennel overnight, and make sure they stay off of all the furniture and beds. If damage is found or additional cleaning is required, we may charge an additional fee to cover the costs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends so we can plan accordingly!

We can't wait to share our love of travel, uncommon experiences, and our hometown with you! We strive to provide our guests with an experience that is both memorable and uniquely Oklahoman. We became interested in vacation rentals when we were sent to the Netherlands on a work assignment in 2019. While in the Netherlands, we stayed in a typical Dutch house in a small village, drove our own car, and became acquainted with many locals. It was unlike any travel experience we had ever had before (in all the best ways). We got to live like a local. When we returned to the United States, we knew we wanted to provide a similar experience for people in our own hometown. After 2 1/2 years of hard work, we are finally ready to welcome guests into our first listing! We have a passion for optimization, fixing, and making things beautiful. We enjoy any work we can do with our hands. Caitlin is a novice woodworker and Scott is a jack-of-all-trades. We love to explore new places and experience different cultures. We share our sense of adventure with our 2 dogs that travel with us everywhere.
