Every detail of the house, from the gold frames to the retro-chic lighting, showcases a perfect blend of mid-century modern flair and whimsical creativity. The Jewel Box, true to its name, offers a treasure trove of visual delights for a one-of-a-kind stay that feels both luxurious and artistic.
Built in 1924 and reimagined in 2024, this historic tiny home has been curated to offer both charm and comfort. Located less than two miles northeast of downtown, you’re steps away from the best of Indy—explore local gems like Kan Kan Cinema, Sidedoor Bagel, or dive into the vibrant dining and entertainment scene of the Bottleworks District and Mass Ave. After a day out, kick back and relax in the luxurious, art-filled space that feels like a hidden treasure.

Queen bed with plush memory foam bedding, luxurious linens, two side tables, three lamps, a chandelier, two windows, portable fan, art, linen drapes, Smart 50” tv, closet storage and hangers, lowboy drawer storage, and a mid century modern vanity.
Second Bedroom: The Josephine
Twin daybed with plush memory foam bedding, side table, two lamps, art, Anthropologie velvet drapes, one window, one windowed door to backyard.
Bathroom: tiled shower, vanity, luxury cotton Turkish towels, hair dryer, live plants, complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, lotion, and body/bath oil.
Kitchen:
Gas oven and cooktop, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer
Essential spices, cooking oil, cooking utensils, stainless steal pots and pans, cast iron skillet, laundry detergent.
Front-loading clothes washer and dryer
