A HIDDEN GEM IN PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA!! Beachside and Pool View. No roads to cross. This one bedroom one bath condo is located on the 2nd floor which overlooks the beautifully landscaped swimming pool and only a 2- minute walk to the beach. Located in our secluded 81-unit complex at Nautical Watch. Full-service kitchen with everything you need. Lots of beach to enjoy and not be elbow to elbow since we are not a high rise.

We provide beach bag, Turkish beach towels and so much more!

The space
We have Turkish beach towels, beach bag with phone & key holder, Igloo beach cooler, sunscreen and aloe vera. No need to pack it. No need to bring dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and we leave laundry detergent, paper towels (2), toilet paper (3). This beautifully decorated condo is located in a cozy 81-unit complex. There are no elevators so no waiting on an elevator, spacious beach and you will always be able to find a spot for your chairs and/or tent. You can sit by the pool and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds with tables/chairs/umbrella and lounge chairs. Even propane grills for you to cook out.
This is definitely a complex you will want to come back to year after year.

You will be given a code to access the Nautical Watch condo prior to your arrival. There is ample parking and once you enter the condo there will be a parking pass on the bar. This MUST be put in your car windshield in order not to be towed.

Other things to note
Would you like to have your groceries delivered? In the refrigerator? All you have to do is walk in grab your beach bag already stocked with your towels and sunscreen- we can even have the cooler iced down with your favorite beverages.

We are fortunate that Nautical Watch has two buildings that are beach front which allows us extra beach frontage. So, where when you are at a high rise and the beach is so crowded we are lucky not to have that. Plenty of space for your family, tents, chairs and even a couple games if you want.
