Platted in the 1800's located in the north-side of the Downtown Eau Gallie Arts District. Property boasts water views of the Indian River Lagoon / Intracoastal Waterway and is an easily walkable part of the EGAD community with a Key West vibe. This neighborhood boasts Pineapple Park and the fishing pier on the Indian River Lagoon. It is a very short walk down the street you can put a kayak in or bring your fishing poles. The Sunsets/Sunrises are breathtaking from the pier. The Eau Gallie Yacht Basin is a quaint and very nostalgic marina filled with tales of pirates, Spanish explorers, and civil war confederate generals fleeing to Cuba by boat. So many shops, restaurants, and local brewery an easy walking distance from the home. You will not be disappointed.
