Tucked in a hidden gem of a neighborhood under a stand of mature redwoods, this renovated 1947 home is right around the corner from Enloe Hospital and one mile from downtown. All three bedrooms have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, the spacious living room has a 75 inch TV with sound bar / subwoofer and Apple TV, and out back there's a large deck with a fire table. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the other has an extremely oversized soaking tub, deep enough to actually soak in.

The space
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with stereo Apple Homepod speakers and LED lit nightstands. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and large desk suitable as a workspace. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

The living room has a 75 inch TV with sound bar / subwoofer and Apple TV. Movie fans will enjoy the film artwork throughout the house.

One bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other an oversized soaking tub big enough for two. A washer and dryer are included.

The backyard deck has a fire table and sits under eight mature redwood trees. Parking is gated and off the street; note the driveway is on the narrow side, so larger vehicles may prefer to park one behind the other.

Trash is picked up early Tuesday morning. If you are staying on a Monday, please make sure that the cans make it to the curb.
