House vacation rentals in Chico

The house was immaculate and clean as if I was the first ever to stay. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and close to shopping and restaurants. Nidhi responded to my communications within minutes and even met me the next day to return some items that I had left.

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was extremely tranquil, and there was plenty of room. It also came stocked with normal amenities (others haven't) like salt/pepper/cooking oil so that we can stay in and cook together as opposed to always going out. It was a relaxing environment and will be our go to place anytime I am visiting my family in Chico!

We had a great 3 nights and 4 days staying here. Parking was more than ample for our large group. Furnishings are vintage definitely. Everything in the kitchen worked and there were two refrigerators. The pool is fabulous. Spent a lot of time on the Patio as the weather was just perfect. Had a tournament amongst our group with the shuffleboard and it was great fun. Did not explore much in downtown. We'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

This place is very nice, very spacious with all the little things that are needed for your stay. Internet, television, all the cooking utensils you need. Very clean & well kept

Everything was simply PERFECT! So clean and fresh with beautiful decor accents! The furnishings were very comfortable and great bedroom accommodations. The interior design is extremely well planned with privacy for all guests. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a more charming, wonderful place to stay! I would highly recommend Shawn's Airbnb. It's a lovely place in a beautiful, peaceful setting. You can see Shawn has put a lot of thought into making this a place you feel welcome and comfortable, from how it is decorated, the furnishings, the available supplies and helpful notes throughout. Although this time we didn't take the time to enjoy the garden area, it is well maintained with seating areas to relax in. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal in every way! We had the true pleasure of calling ol blue home for Easter weekend, and it was a dream. The home is gorgeous inside, what wonderful decor and furniture. The sunroom was divine, and the space was even larger than expected. We cooked meals as a family in the lovely kitchen, played frisbee in the big front yard, walked to one mile each day, and enjoyed every moment. Billie is a consummate, world class host, and made our experience so very special!! We cannot wait to come back and couldn’t recommend the Ol Blue higher!!!

When our first booking fell short and we had to find another home quickly, we landed on this property. The very quick transition went so smooth. The home was beautiful and felt very comfortable and homey. Anastasia was extremely kind and quick to respond. If/when we return to Chico, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this same property.

Wonderful Airbnb! Very walkable to downtown the cutest little two bedroom one bath and had a great backyard with a fire pit and cornhole game. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Chico. Thank you!

This home is my wife and I's favorite Airbnb in Chico. It's a beautiful home, cozy and within walking distance to a grocery store and a burger place. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s house. She was incredibly friendly and proactive ensuring that our stay was smooth. The house was comfortable and setup so well including a clean pool, equipped kitchen, beach towels and the list goes on.

I've stayed here in the past and love this rental. It's a super convenient location and the hosts are A++ in doing whatever they can to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The house is comfortable and cozy, and the backyard is the perfect place to read a good book or to have a BBQ with your friends/family. Will definitely be back!

Mike Brown saved our trip! Our first home was canceled literally hours before we were supposed to arrive in Chico. I jumped online and found Mike Brown's residence and was so happy it was available. The home went beyond our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. If we are ever back in town that is where I will want to stay.

We really enjoyed this home. It was clean and certainly quiet that weekend. We were very entertained my the friendly neighborhood dog across the street. That dog brought out the best in everyone who walked by. It would be a great video to have for a full day of walker to see who stopped and who didn't. Everything in the house was in good working order. Thank you Vicky for a lovely weekend.
