Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chico

Amazing!! The place was not only in great conditions but it was so aesthetically pleasing that it was very homey and comfortable. Check in was super easy. The place had everything we needed. The hosts were really quick to respond and very nice to communicate with! It was amazing! Highly recommend it.

The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is a short drive (8 mins) from downtown and campus, perfect for graduation events and going out to dinner downtown. The prices were elevated for graduation weekend so the price was higher than expected. But it fit a large group comfortably and allowed us to bering our dog, so we appreciated the stay!

Had a wonderful time at Samantha’s place. Location is great and home is well set up for guests. The lemon tree in front is an added bonus. Samantha is extremely responsive and helpful.

Pretty quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice bedrooms have plenty of room. Games to play. Books to read even has DVDs to watch. Would recommend this listing.

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

The house was a perfect match for our family. We had plenty of space to enjoy inside and outside. The location was peaceful and beautiful.

We shared the place with our adult boys and their girlfriends. We had plenty of space. The busy streets around the house didn't bother us at all!!! The white noise machines in the rooms is a brilliant extra! It is a very beautiful update. Thank you for the great stay, Genaro and Cyndi

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and comfortable. It had a very nice country decor. I was also very impressed with the water pressure. The yard was very beautiful! So many flowers, lush green lawns and cozy places to hang out. It even has a cottage with different musical instruments and a cozy furnishings. Jeff and Linda are wonderful and very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Great stay, great accommodations. Stayed here for a few months while I was in town for work. Area was gated and safe. Joyce and Erica her manager were excellent hosts, was always able to get ahold of her if I needed something, and very easy to work with. Don’t have anything to complain about. And I would totally stay here again if the I am ever in the Chico area again. And would totally recommend this property to anyone. much safer and better then a hotel.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

We were looking for an affordable place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was so close to the school and my daughter’s apartment. The place was very clean and the surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The host Mike was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Definitely an A+.

Perfect little apartment that fit our needs. Clean and comfortable. The teenagers really appreciated the separate room so definitely better than a hotel! The only negative is that all the overhead lights are florescent and very bright, but not a deal breaker! We will definitely check availability here next time we need a place to stay in Chico!

I had such a lovely stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a convenient location, which made getting around super easy. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. They were quick to respond and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable spot!

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Joyce was a fantastic host from helping our daughter check in to the day she checked out. The house was spotless, the bathroom came with shampoo and conditioner and had a great shower, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the neighbors were quiet and friendly, the gated parking was fantastic, checking out was easy with no keys involved and no need to strip the beds which was very convenient, and overall it was a 10/10 stay. I would 100% book with Joyce again.
