We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Enjoy a stylish experience at this quiet, spacious, centrally-located studio guesthouse! Located within a short walk of Chico's beautiful One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, and a fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. Would comfortably fit two people, but would accomodate two more with a provided air mattress if you were open to sharing the room.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
