The Copia on Moore is a townhome located just off I-49 in Fayetteville, AR it was built in 2020 and has been furnished with style and comfort in mind. Conveniently located on the service road between Stephen Carr Memorial Drive and Sam's Wholesale. You are minutes away from the U of A, Dickson Street, Washington Regional, Walton Arts Center, Washington County Fairgrounds and if you hop on I-49 and go North, you'll be in Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista within just a few minutes!

The space
This property has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a separate, dedicated office/reading room and has been tastefully decorated with all the conveniences of home. It sleeps a maximum of 8 people, if also using the queen size sleeper sofa in den. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a water/ice dispenser in the refrigerator. Enjoy the spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with a smart tv (use your own log in for streaming channels) and walk in closet with built in drawers and ample space for all your belongings. Each bathroom has a tub and a shower and stocked with necessities just incase you forgot something at home. The two car garage is attached to the home from the back and all doors have keyless entry. The home is protected with a Simplisafe security system which is easy to use. Note there is a video doorbell, and a video camera on outside of the garage. You can also use the Amazon Alexa provided to play your music, get the weather forecast and much more. *Note-there is three steps up from garage inside the home.

Relax and enjoy the space. Guests will be able to enjoy the whole townhome, plus the two car garage attached in the back.

We highly recommend purchasing traveler insurance: this will cover your costs due to illness, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from coming. We also recommend you review our cancellation policy - we will not waiver from it, as this is a business. If you need to change the dates of your stay to a completely different time frame, you will need to cancel and rebook the reservation and are subject to the nightly rate at that given time. If you would like to add or remove nights from your current booking, you may request that from the host and they can make that adjustment (just again be mindful of the cancellation policy).

UP TO THREE DOGS OR OTHER APPROVED PETS (NO CATS) ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY - $25 PER STAY, PER PET. They must be crated when guests are away from property. Pet agreement must be read and signed by guests prior to receiving keypad code day before check-in. A $250 fee will be charged for any pet that has not been pre-approved before arrival. NOTE: There is not a fenced in yard at this property.
