Truly a super cool place! If you love old, classic, charm this is the house for you! It is truly beautiful, conveniently located, and just an overall fun place To stay! Our hostess was great with communication, gave suggestions, and made us feel Very welcome. If/when we return to Fayetteville, we will definitely book again!

Perfect House for three different families together for a football weekend.

Great location to stay. I booked this location 8 months in advance to prepare for stay for my daughters graduation. The home is easy access to the University, had all amenities listed, and was clean. It even had extra blankets, shampoo and conditioner (if needed) and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this home.

We were in town for the UT vs Arkansas football game! This was the perfect, quiet little get away that wasn’t too far out of town. We really enjoyed it!

Super cute home in a great location! We walked all over Dickson Street...to the college and all the restaurants and fun shops on the square. Very walkable! We were welcomed with some wonderful homemade muffins! Soooo good! We had a great stay with the 3 of us and our little puppy! Perfect for what we needed! Large dining room, kitchen, living room and bedrooms were spacious! Would stay here again!

Great central location. Easy to access. Very clean, nice amenities, including hot tub which was clean. (It does take awhile to warm up, like 24h). Pets are allowed so some pet hair noted on the furniture, we are dog people so not a bother to us! Really appreciated plenty of linens and towels! Located near a busy street, front bedroom got a lot of street noise but easily drowned out by sound machine. Overall this worked great for our family of 6 and we would stay there again.

As pictured, this was such a cute house! Check in was extremely easy and parking and unloading was convenient. There was a great fenced in side yard for our dogs! Everything was ready for us and very clean. It felt very homey. We would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was more spacious than anticipated. It was relaxing with plenty of room for our dog. The added bonus of Lisa and Greg's dogs fir her to play with was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s cliche, but pictures truly do not do this place justice!!! The cabin sits atop a hill, looking down onto the pond, with views of the rolling hills just past that. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset on the deck. We saw deer in the front yard every evening. No road sounds, just birds! The place is very spacious, and we appreciated the super comfortable couches and extra throw blankets. Tons of room in the kitchen, and very clean bathrooms! We are going to book this place every year for our girls trip!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

This place is close enough into town that you can run to restaurants and grocery stores, yet not so close as to be overwhelmed by the busy feel of the U of A. Lots of lovely outside space. The place has an eclectic feel with lots of photos and original art. This is far from the boring Airbnbs that are dedicated rentals--it is a lived in home, and it feels like it. But that is part of its charm. And there's a mouthy old cat that's never met a stranger, too. Great place to stay with lots of space.

Husband and I (and dog) had a 5 night stay at Dane’s Kessler Mountain home. We immediately felt comfortable in the home. The pictures are wonderful and in person, somehow even better! The kitchen, both the downstairs kitchen and the upstairs kitchenette have everything that we needed. We had the majority of our meals out, except for easy breakfast in the home. The bed was very comfortable and the entire home was spotless and clean smelling. Not a chemical clean smell, but a pure, mountain air clean smell. The views from the large windows in the living/family room are breathtaking as well as the view from upstairs balcony. Our stay was prior to the pool being open for the season, but we did enjoy the hot tub. As other review have mentioned, the sunsets from the hot tub and balcony are not to be missed. Though our trip was just the two of us, the home is definitely set up to easily accommodate six as plenty of space, towels, kitchen, etc. Wonderful stay!

Wyatt was helpful and responsive. His place worked great for riding the gravel roads around Hazel Valley.

Pamela was so responsive and helpful with the rental during our stay! We loved the house and the private location, but we loved how close the nature trail was for walking too! Easy to get to town and enjoy the area as well. The home was super comfortable and had everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Cozy apartment off the owners home. Donna and Pat were friendly, kind, and helpful. We hiked Devil's Den and enjoyed coming back and walking their 250 acres with the dogs. We are grateful for hosts who allow us to bring our pups. We played lots of their games to ring in the New Year!!

Cute little house. Perfect for the four of us to stay for the weekend. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood although a little dark at night but there is a street light right outside the driveway. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fayetteville.

It was perfect for me. I was in town for a dog trial, and very much appreciated the green space and the peaceful surroundings. We finished early on Saturday and so went hiking at Kessler mountain. If I come back to Fayetteville again, would definitely stay here. It is permanently on my list!

The Retreat was beautiful and perfect for our weekend stay! We will definitely be back.

We came to town to move our daughter into her college apartment. We enjoyed the full size kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes. We cooked a big breakfast every morning which made our stay really enjoyable. The beds slept great. AC cooled the cottage efficiently & we appreciated all the extras that were at our disposal throughout the cottage upon our arrival. The soaps, K-cups, salt/pepper dishwasher soap, laundry soap and clean towels for all every morning. The fan upstairs was nice as was all my correspondence with the property manager. we will definitely be back this fall. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with our family.

We loved our stay here. House was very clean and updated. Everything we could need was available. We didn’t have needs but host checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going well. The location was perfect- close to Dickson, downtown and lots of coffee bars and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house! It was the perfect getaway for our family. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
