Bring the whole family and your furry friend to this perfectly located beach hideaway. This home sits a few houses away from one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast. It is on a point at an inlet that you can walk around from the ocean to the bay. You can see the sun rise over the ocean in the morning and see it set over beautiful historic downtown in the evening .The fishing is great ! You can go shelling ,find shark teeth, go surfing ,and even get a water taxi to downtown from Vilano pier!

The space
This unit is located in a beachside community in the heart of Vilano Beach. The unit itself is approx. 5 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the unit (if not closer!). Airbnb is having an issue where the mapping is incorrectly stating the distance to the ocean on the listing page, so please disregard that .

Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and updated appliances. Fully updated bathrooms, with decor and panel showers ! You will love the gorgeous touches! One well behaved and friendly dog under 50 lbs may be possible with prior permission and additional pet fee. Dog must be on flea medicine , and we ask kindly that proof is submitted prior to checkin. Please contact us with the specifics if you will be traveling with a furry family member prior to booking so we can quote pet fee to be added in . NO cats permitted.

The Owners have outfitted this beach getaway with Guests' comfort in mind. Fully stocked kitchen to cook a family meal . Wireless internet and TVS with streaming service in living room and all bedrooms. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know!

"Cool Vibes" is a 3br/2ba upstairs apartment with nice second story deck with gas BBQ grill and table/chairs for eating al fresco, or just relaxing and soaking up some Florida sun and salt air. Private washer/dryer in unit . Also Owners provide beach chairs and umbrella for guest convenience . There is a fenced backyard as well . Bring your furry friend and come enjoy the good life !

A starter pack/travel size shampoo and conditioner and small bar soaps are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels in kitchen are provided as well as a small liquid dish soap.
