Guest access
Check in is at 4pm, check out is 10am. Access code front door entry. The code will be emailed to you by AirBnB or in your app on day of arrival or night prior. Please note: guests CANNOT use their account to book for other people. The guest that books from their account has to be the main occupant for the rental stay..
Vehicle parking is only in my garage only. PLEASE NOTE: there is no parking in the complex spaces at anytime, your vehicle will be towed and impounded and you will have to pay $500 fee to retrieve it. There is also no parking in my driveway as driveway is shared with my neighbor. The only place you can park vehicles is inside my garage at all times.
I am absentee owner so there are security cameras on the property…. they’re all outside around perimeter of the house, and there is one in the garage. Also a ring doorbell on side of front door. Also for security the front door automatically locks after 10 minutes, so please take your key with you when you exit …I’m very transparent person so want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible

Additional house rules:
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- No animals are allowed in the home.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission are subject to being escorted off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and un-orderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure.
- A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check-out unless prior permission is granted from the host.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
Other things to note
Parking instructions: One large SUV vehicle can be parked in the garage only. If you have a 2nd smaller compact vehicle, you can fit both in, or 2 compact cars, but not 2 SUVs. Large Passenger Vans will not make the height of garage the max height is 6’7” to make clearance. Vehicles cannot be parked in driveway as it’s a shared driveway with neighbor. ..
Vehicles have to stay in garage even when you're packing to leave, as the neighbor can't get out of the driveway. No vehicles can be parked by you or any of your guests in the condo complex behind my house as they will tow you and you’ll have to pay 500.00 to get it out of impoundment.
Holidays are fine to stay though but there is no check in on these days so please plan check in around them. Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July , Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.... There’s a possibility that exceptions can be made for these holidays for check in so please contact me per request. Thank you.
