Cozy, clean, comfortable, private, and great location within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space. Friendly, welcoming, respectful and responsive host. We only stayed for one night but would love to return and would recommend to others.

The layout of this house is amazing. You could have lots of people and everyone could go to areas and have privacy. (We only had 4) We all enjoyed our time and could not stop going outside and trying to get the manatee or dolphins to come back. We saw one of each. We are animal lovers and this was so exciting for us. We are planning on coming back when it is warmer so we can enjoy all of the outside amenities. We could only dip our toes in the pool. It was great to have all of the extras in the home. The shampoo, the coffee, and the condiments. It made me feel comfortable about leaving a few things. Knowing the next visitors could use them, and they would not get thrown away. The cute little hand written notes around were a sweet touch. Made use feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

This place has it all: access to the Banana River, a private pool, and Cocoa Beach just a couple of blocks away. Plus the backyard is beautiful and the home charming! It was a great place to relax and we appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Jennifer.

We loved seeing the little dolphins and many manatees. It was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We would rent from Brenda again.

Great place to stay with lots of amenities! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the back yard, spacious covered deck, grill and tv. The pool and hot tub were clean, plenty of chairs to relax around the pool, pickel ball court and game room. It was like our own private resort! The house was clean and nicely decorated, washer/dryer and beach gear in the garage to use. Morgan was a great host. She quickly responded to any questions we had. We let her know the fire pit was broken and she had a new one delivered same day. This was our first time renting an Airbnb and it was a great experience.

Coral beach house was a great location walking distance from cocoa beach with plenty of small shops and food places. The house was beautiful and slept 8 people very comfortably. The backyard is amazing. The pool and spa are perfect temperature. We took the kayaks out and saw dolphins. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

we really enjoyed this cozy stay with a beautiful view of the lake out the bedroom window! We had everything we needed here and more! Our hosts were wonderful and we were greeted with chocolate chip banana bread in our room and we’re given a special gift for my daughter’s birthday! These hosts have a very hidden gem here! Will definitely be back!

We stayed 3 nights here before leaving for a cruise. Everything was perfect for our family and the little playground next door was the icing on the cake. The only thing that bummed us out was the pool was wayyyyy too cold to even think about using the pool. I didn’t catch it wasn’t heated but Anee definitely listed it as non-heated. The weather was cold-ish when we were there and obviously out of owners control.

Janessa’s place was a dream come true! Just lovely! Felt right at home. Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Enjoyed sitting outside at night with the lights on feeling the breeze and enjoyed the tiki hut as well. Corner lot that felt like your own little island of paradise with all the palm trees. Very private location. Plenty of seating inside and out. The beach was just a few steps away. I am already planning a trip for 2025 to return to Janessa’s place. It is definitely a little piece of heaven! And well worth the money! I highly recommend Janessa’s place for anyone who wants to just relax and enjoy the view of the tropical paradise all day and night!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Donna’s house. It is comfortable and spacious for 1-2 people, very clean and nicely decorated. It is perfectly located for our needs. It is within walking distance to shops/restaurants in Old Melbourne. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and a 10-15 min walk or quick drive to the Indian River. My husband and I stay here when visiting our son who lives near Florida Institute of Technology, a 10-15 min drive. Donna is attentive in her communication and flexible. We will stay here again!

The stay at this cottage was amazing. It’s a very lovely place. The apartment is so well equipped. There is everything you need. It’s located in a very quiet place and you only need 3 minutes to walk to the beach. We definitely recommend this cottage and would definitely come back again.

This beach house is undoubtedly one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever had the pleasure of staying at — immaculately clean; boasting stunning beach views, convenient beach access, and exceptional restaurants within a ten-minute radius. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will most certainly be returning next year!
