The space
The cabin living area demonstrates high peaked ceiling promoting a cozy and inviting space. Yet, I can guarantee you will almost certainly want to be out on the screened-in porch that runs the length of the house. Did you know, we have Blueberry bushes adorn the property which we encourage you to picks some! While snacking on blueberries you can enjoy the yard games and later share memories over the fire-pit roasting marshmallows (wood and lighter fluid is provided).
To access the king bed, you will have to use the spiral staircase; there is no door to this area. However, the bed is comfortably nestled away in the back of the spacious loft for ideal privacy.
To access the third bedroom, you will exit the side of the home and take a few stairs to access the entrance of the bottom portion of the cabin. (Or, you can walk from the driveway down to the back entrance.) Equipped with its bathroom, sitting area, and coffee bar, this space would be perfect for the adults to step away from the kids or for another couple!
INDOOR LIVING: Air conditioning, WiFi, ceiling fans, central heating, Nest Wired, Smart TV ( You can access your accounts to Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Netflix, Amazon Prime), DVD Player, Alexa wired.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Balcony, charcoal grill, (2) furnished patio(s), private fenced yard 0.5 acre, fire pit, swing, hammocks, blueberry bushes (YES! You can pick!), and outdoor games (Jenga, Corn Hole, + MORE).
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Calphalon pots and pans, coffee maker (traditional), Large Pot, Casserole Dish, Keurig, hot water kettle, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, sugar substitutes, creamer, half and half, toaster, coffee press, cooking basics, spices, popcorn maker, popcorn kernels.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), complimentary toiletries, dish soap, dish sponge, hairdryer, plethora of Board Games.
Guest access
You will have full access to the cabin, up and downstairs porch areas, front and back yard, and the fire pit. Most importantly, we make sure our guests have space to enjoy all of the outdoor property including the firepit, yard games, and hammocks.
At this time, Lake Hosea is not accessible for fishing or kayaking. The lake is in the process of being drained to repair the pipes. If you're looking for kayaking, tubing, and fishing destinations, we can help you find the perfect fit.
Other things to note
+ DISCLAIMER: A Recording Exterior Video Surveillance (Ring) camera is located at the front door and entrance to the back door leading to the downstairs bedroom. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies per AIRBNB guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do on your own.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home. You will be fined $250
Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the drain. (The cabin is on a septic system.)
No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
A non-refundable pet deposit of $75 (per pet) is required. If you have a pet with you, we ask that you kindly pick up after your furry loved one. If away, please crate your little one.
Courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
Check-in is at 3 pm + Check-out is at 10 am.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure; you will find detergent under the sink.
Before departure, please place all USED towels in the shower or laundry basket (located by the stairs).
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets before check-out.
Please notify us if any board game pieces are missing or damage has occurred.
This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.
